Only downsides are that the right oeddale unscrews itself while I use it and increasing the tension causes it to squeak while in use. Both are minor issues that aren't that important to me. So I give it 5 stars.
I truly appreciate finding you! So what about calves? My right leg, knee down, is weak after stroke 3 yrs ago. It even gets numb (freaks me out!). I got stuck in a very nice apt but it's 20 steps up. I have COPD, lumbar stenosis & residual stroke effects at only 65. These should help so thank you for the help!
At nearly 81 with osteo-arthritis and cartilage shrinkage, I really need to strengthen my leg muscles due to sporadic pain in lower legs and ankles, also a "shuffling" gait and balance problems. Need a stick to help when walking now , otherwise am very wobbly and tend to lurch erratically at times. A brain scan indicated it was "normal for my age"! I hope that the simple routines shown in the video (and the following one) will help me - before I need to think about getting a mobility scooter! P.S. I get quite a lot of "bone against bone" noises from my knee joints but am too scared, given the bad reports of NHS treatment now, to ask for knee or hip replacements. In any case, the O-A is in my spine as well now - so what would they have a "go at" first?!
