This started playing in the background while i was in the shower. I was listening along and thought this stuff is realllyyy good advice. So ive suscribed
Thank you Tom and Paul. I also think that some of my colleagues forget to present not just the 30 things that you do, but forget to talk about what is your process.
I am a new realtor. I just got my license at the end of November. This video was very helpful and I will use all of this information to help grow my business. Do you have any recommendations for new agents that don’t have any experiences with buyers or sellers?
Thanks Tom & Paul 💡Providing a spectrum of solutions in my presentation is crucial to being a solution provider for buyers, especially in a competitive market with limited inventory. 🏡Market properties with a structured focus and demonstrate it with case studies to build trust and credibility with clients. 🏡Bringing people back to my website is the single greatest marketing platform, and every campaign should aim to do so.
Thanks, Tom, you are always amazing. Paul, thank you for your advice today. Great! I learned how to use the skills I have, things I do for my buyers for my buyer's presentation . Thank you.
What advice would you give new agents without a long history of making sales? How do we compete with seasoned realtors when trying to break into the business that we love? How do we compensate for a lack of client reviews?
@ well you don’t really need any real estate agents to make a transaction happen. You can find a house yourself online, call the seller and make an offer. We used to have to book trips through someone else, now we don’t. Same thing
Realtors on social media make it look like it is easy being a Realtor and how much money made for selling a house. Add in the million dollar listing reality shows where it is all party and no work for a 2-3% compensation really does not help anyone. Did I mention you can rehab a home in a 30 min show. All false reality shows... hurting Realtors making it look like it is too easy to make their money. Frustrating

Start working with renters as fast as possible and use them to get reviews
❤
