Fortuitous for me this workout notification popped up early this morning as I was doing my warmups . Will definitely be revisiting this one regularly. 👍🦾♥️🤘
I used to think the burpee pushups would be what would gas me out, but I am starting to think it is the lateral side raises that get me and then I start needing a few pauses between every other set. But I know what I have to slowly work on building. Plus, by the time I get to the full crunches my abs are so gassed out I have trouble doing those. But I am getting better. When I am not worn out I can do the full crunches with hand assistance easily, but when I am too tired I just hit a wall.
That training session was 🔥💪🏽. I really love your workout videos but I just wanted to give you a heads up & let you know that there are way too many ads starting to occur. There were a total of 8 ads during this session, I'm not trying to complain but that is a bit much. My workout was interrupted on average about every 5 min which is way too much! Just wanted to give you a heads up, & as always thank you for the content you provide 🙏🏽
Emm def going to need tk look into this as had a few people say the same! I think we accidentally accepted a setting in a pop up the other day in the TH-cam back office and I think it’s allowing TH-cam to place ads where ever it like which would be irritating

Excellent , get it smashed! Good wee workout! It’s hard to say as everyone so different and not knowing everyone’s current fitness level But even try 5 - 8 - 10 kg and see how you get on! Or more or less depending how you feeling! Go a little heavier on the likes of chest press , rows , squats , shoulder press etc

Little tip: add ankle & wrist weights if you need more resistance or in between weight levels! 💪
