    Thank you. Since I didn’t have a bench I used the floor. Only had a 5 and 10 pound weight. Still got a good work out. Near the end my arms where starting feet like Jello. The Abs part you killed me on those I was able to do them. I had completely the work out. 😊😊😊

      Awesome great job! Yes the floor is perfect for any exercise where you don’t have a bench! Killer workout regardless of the weight being used and one you can keep coming back too 👌

    This is the best! Perfectly structured. I did chest & back today. Tomorrow I will finish upper body, abs & core. Leg day is Thursday. Thank you 🤩 for this. It makes my life easier 😅

    Brilliant workout it my first time for this one I had to adjust some of the leg exercises for me I’m 16 weeks post hip replacement surgery 👍

    💛 love this long steady workout. Although with only two pairs of dumbbells and no bench I had to make some adjustments, but it's still doable.
    The legs part fell short though. Only four rounds instead of six. Great workout anyway 💪🇩🇪

    OMG that was one epic workout. I wanted to say the shoulder portion was the worst , until ...... triceps section ( happy feet ) Thank You Coach this was awesome ...😁 saved in my top 10

      Great job! Anyone can try and take it on and you can make it as tough or simple as you need by upping or lowering the weights

      Always good before any workout doing a few dynamic stretches and light warming up through the motions 👍

      That’s ok, all exercises can be done from the floor or using a chair etc depending on the exercise ! Got lots of people doing a lot of the workouts without a bench
