Thank you. Since I didn’t have a bench I used the floor. Only had a 5 and 10 pound weight. Still got a good work out. Near the end my arms where starting feet like Jello. The Abs part you killed me on those I was able to do them. I had completely the work out. 😊😊😊
Awesome great job! Yes the floor is perfect for any exercise where you don’t have a bench! Killer workout regardless of the weight being used and one you can keep coming back too 👌

💛 love this long steady workout. Although with only two pairs of dumbbells and no bench I had to make some adjustments, but it's still doable. The legs part fell short though. Only four rounds instead of six. Great workout anyway 💪🇩🇪
OMG that was one epic workout. I wanted to say the shoulder portion was the worst , until ...... triceps section ( happy feet ) Thank You Coach this was awesome ...😁 saved in my top 10
That’s ok, all exercises can be done from the floor or using a chair etc depending on the exercise ! Got lots of people doing a lot of the workouts without a bench
