Which is the Best Gunpowder Unit?? | Age of Empires 2

- There are many gunpowder units in the game with high range attack, such as the hand cannoneers of the Hindustanis, the Conquistadors of the Spanish, the hand cannoneers of the Italians, the Janissary of the Turks, the Houfnice of the Bohemians, as well as their unique unit the Hussite Wagon with multiple projectiles. But which one is the best?
What are you thoughts on them?
I was wondering if the Portuguese Hand Cannoneer would have been preferred for the better accuracy, than the Italians cheaper

In the water Spanish canon galleon but on land Hindustani hand conaner with +1 armor and piece armor also with unique technology shatagni give +2 range for hand conaner

I prefer Burgundian Hand Cannoneers, with 4+ damage they are insane.
Reminds me of Empire: Total War when I line up my infantry and fire volleys against the enemy.
As for the winner, not surprised. They have more hitpoints and they have area damage.

I was very surprised by the performance of the Janissaries.
Seems the Italians are a hidden gem.

The best "powder" units are cobra car and Saboteur 🙃

The lack of armor made the Burgundians lose against the Turks.
I had no doubt from the early beginning that bohemians unique unit would win very easily I like to hint the sound of bohemian war wagon projectile sound look exactly like the sound of bombard canon projectiles at least it emphasizes how strong the war wagon is
@@noanjad I am not gonna lie, I thought the opposite, since they were fewer numbers of the wagons. But you are right, they do resemble the cannon sound and projectile.
@@DemonAgeOfEmpires2-wf8lv @DemonAgeOfEmpires2-wf8lv yeah of course since they are outnumbered but do not forget war wagons are no joke they are highly defensive and durable against cavalry in addition to this you can try putting some handcanoneers behind they will defend against infantry who have can significant damage agianst war wagons plus getting the war wagon protection itself negatting at least some damage from an enemy skirmisher
i wish next time you make a video including the hindustanis because their hand canoneers are having a bit of fair advantage because their extra range outranging significantly some basic trash unit such as archers or skirmishers

Fighting head to head is not a very good idea to decide which is a better units. Aoe units heavily balanced and not all units are viable against all types. Hindustan is HC are one of the most versatile unit but pitting them head to head against the hussite wagon is just stupid, ofc hussite are gonna win they are designed for this fight. Butbin reality I would prefer hindustani HC over the hussite in 8/10 situations.
@@insanity1269 it's a just a test between gunpowder units and how they perform against each other. Of course real time gameplay is totally different
I hate sometimes how bad are organ Guns
@@sgtpepper8581 me too. I've seen it in pro gameplays and they seem underwhelming
Organ guns are meant to be bad vs cavalry, this was a bad Mach up, however I have always found organ guns to beat conquistador because they are out ranged and get eaten by castles or skirmishers when they try and engage. Organ guns are vary good in large numbers, will hard counter skirmishers, and will beat archers, as well there projectiles can not be dodged, so they are great be camels or other vary low p armor cavalry.
