I'm glad Rick is getting the recognition he deserves. Not only does he preserve history but he also keeps it alive by driving these cars and showing them to people who are genuinely interested. He has a great mindset, aptitude and loves to share his knowledge with anyone who shows interest. Keep the great work up Rick!

My dad built sets and acted for John Ford during the 50's and 60's. That Rolls was on the set of the Searchers which was the last time I saw it, I marveled at it as a kid because it looked so out of place in monument valley. What a nice surprise to meet it again and it looks younger, unlike myself. Rick has a wonderful collection and better still a wonderful passion for the art/engineering of these masterpieces.

Yes yes thanks for hoarding disgusting amounts of wealth so that the families in Honduras cant afford to feed their kids. Sell one car & u can feed a village for life, but i guess thats no fun hey.

Wow! What a collection! Having that Model T that you built with your dad must be one of the more special cars in the collection. The originality of some of those cars are mind blowing!
Hey just one thing, you hung the American flag backwards. Stars are always in the upper left.

Humbled that along with with your historic autos you have a 1939 Ford 1/2 ton pickup that is a truck dear to my heart as I own one that my Grandpa traded for way back in 1947 for his farm here in Wisconsin. After years of abuse on the farm and eventually being parked under an apple tree my dad towed it home in the late 1970's and it sat for years in a pole barn. Now after years of work it's back on the road and has 1939 Wisconsin Farmtruck plates on her. My only photo from the farm has the barn and silos as well as tons of snow in the background as it was a December day in 1951. Our pickup is nicknamed "Ol Bessie", thanks for sharing your collection. know you have a million more stories to share. GaryU.

Rick, great job presenting your eclectic collection. Agree, it's the people intertwined in the car's history that bring it to life and make it far more interesting. If I may, I suggest losing those garish wheels on the '67 VW bus. Nothing beats the original steelies (IMO).

Wow!… your wife is a real sport. We take a modern day luxury Mercedes SUV and it’s all we can do to go 650 miles from Russellville, AL to LaGrange, Ohio. You guys went 1000 miles in a 1926 Bugatti. My hats off to you both.

It's a shame I have to have add to like more than a 1955 Chevrolet and their 1934 Ford hot rod. The public personalize everything, can't even like every automobile in all their beauty from a Tonneau and Pope tribune in 1902, to a 1996 Mercury which I love the look of unlike the cliche terms of "ugly" 1990's automobiles. The excites that are made through our history, have been unbelievably gorgeous and incredible. There was this one automobile, much larger than that lovely 1928 Speedster made out of a model T, it was a 1904 roadster of some sort I'll have to remember, and it hit a total of 112 miles per hour. in 1904! True proof that history likes to hide things away.

an automobile older than 50 years starts to become a little worrying. back then; fine, better than fine; but now, it's 50 years or more since it's factory completion.
