That's where we lived. It's completely messed now because of how people are increasing too. Even tho we lived in a place like this we can say that we're content, happy and fine. I really hope that people will get together again and voluntarily clean the place like what every people in that place did before.
They seem to have much more sense of community. I've lived in America my entire life and rarely see my family or neighbors. I haven't seen most of my family in decades and they live in the same city/state.

You see videos like this and have to ask, was Philippine independence worth it? Everyone acts like being apart of America or the European colonies was such a bad thing. Puerto Rico is a territory of the US and many Puerto Ricans have been able to relocate to Orlando Florida to live. These people could have relocated to Hawaii, California, Oregon, or etc... to start a new life if the Philippines did not declare independence.

At least the government should do some thing to relocate people. Just start the housing facilities just the India do to their slum people. Note : im not an Indian and i came to know about this because i visited india. South india they build apartments by government and they relocate people from the slums. Batch by batch. Its a government scheme. I guess if India can do it why cant Philippines?
And Mr: Marcos is all happy buying missiles, war ships, airplanes and more meanwhile his population live in this conditions without preventive medical care and living with very low wages!! Wow! Congrats Mr: President! You doing a great job! 🎉🎉😅😅
