    Your flexibility is of the scale, how long did it take you do the splits?

      It took my about a year to get my splits down to the ground. I started basic flexibility training when I was 6, but didn’t do anything crazy until I was 10.

      It’s an advanced routine! Definitely not for beginners. I try not to make my videos click-bait.

    This hurt my hips soooo bad I don’t think at my old age this is obtainable. I’m 34 and have never been flexible 😅

      Looool Qhy not learn your side splits first? This is nit for beginners. You would need a certain amount of flexibility to even attempt this. I have my side splits on both sides and still working on perfecting them (longer holds 2-3m). Only now looking to work on my middle splits. Find a routine and stay consistent to see results. Also, try to enjoy the journey and not force it. Yin yoga is great for increasing flexibility and PNF stretching.
