I love your routines they are gr8 , I am having trouble with centre splits and pancakes do you have any suggestions please , cheers
Thank you! I can definitely help you improve your center splits and overall flexibility. My suggestion is to do a combination of static stretching holds and dynamic stretches on a daily basis... it’s hard for me to explain in writing, but I have a website with tons of stretching videos where you can follow along!
