Hi@@FlexAbilitiesLLC , new fan in L.A. Not your target demo, but can't believe the YT Algorithm took so much time to lead me here. I practice @StrengthSide and @FlexibilitybyDavid, but have been looking for follow alongs with new moves. I will be back. - MG
Do you get tight and sore from stretching? I do and want to know how do you deal with this? The part that bothers me is becoming tighter and losing progress
I used to get sore from "extreme" stretching when I was younger, but I have been doing it for so long that my body is used to it. I can sit in an over-split without warming up because I have trained my mind/body to know this is "normal". I know this is not the case for everyone, so here are my suggestions! 1. Warm up well before you stretch. The muscles need to be warmed up and "loose" before you start pulling on them. 2. Take it easy and keep pushing forward in small increments. Don't expect yourself to achieve results within a week or a month -- think long term and stay consistent with your day-to-day stretch routine. 3. Relax the sore muscle with heat -- a hot pack or a hot bath are great!
@@FlexAbilitiesLLC Thanks. I tend to overdo it when stretching but I'm starting to learn not to. I want to get to the point where I can do the splits. How much stretch time per muscle group do you recommend? Per session? Per day? Per week?
I have never had a stretch routine so INTENSE! Oh My God! It felt so good after! AMAZING 🤩😻
Absolutely love this routine! I finally found something challenging, but also well structured. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much! That is my goal for this channel.

how often should you stretch per body part in a week
I recommend stretching for 20-30 minutes per say, 5-6 days per week. 5-10 minutes on hips, 10-15 minutes on legs, and 10 minutes on back flexibility.
If I do this everyday in how much time will I see results?😊
❤❤❤❤
I am going to try to do this every day for 2 weeks
Yesss! This is one of my favorite routines because it is super effective. I am planning to make a new one soon. 💕
