Hello Sir, I have been suffering from partial bowel movements since last one year and lost 17 out of a total of 75 kilos in this period. Weight loss has sort of tapered down for now. Nothing found in endoscopy and colonoscopy and ct scan. I am consuming healthy meals, vegetarian with eggs and adding kefir and kombucha along with fermented vegetables like kimchi and sauerkraut. Till 45 days back I had constant bloating since this whole ordeal began. Middle abdomen was distended all the time quite a bit with cramps and pains. Kefir fixed the bloating and the cramps/severe pains in a week. Is there anything else I can do. Incomplete bowel movements is causing lot of discomfort in the lower abdomen. Rahul India
The question was intended for you. It contains acetic and lactic acid producing bacteria. As I often state, if one has dysbiosis, more lactic acid is not a good thing. IBD = dysbiosis. You should be much more focused on feeding the health-promoting bacteria I mention all of the time.

In IBD, we want more butyrate producers. Does this help?

@@TheMicrobiomeExpert I really appreciate your answer sir
Sir amazing
thanks
You cannot describe though butyrate bacteria feeding vegetables without knowing if they are allergic/intolerant to them... .
is that a question or a statement?
@@TheMicrobiomeExpert statement. That there can be no general nutritional guidelines
