@@cheker10000 Because they're cool and it means more can be upgading at once since they can be swapped out. Each new hero would add 5 more levels per town hall when new town halls release. That would add up, but it would be mitigated by being able to keep them on upgrade without having an incomplete army.
2 years ago I got burnt out from super goblin farming and non-stop hero upgrades so I quit the game. Heroes are crucial to attack strategies so having them down greatly restricts your ability to use different strategies and makes the game boring. Fix it, supercell! Make like the barracks where hero recovery time doubles when upgrading for example.
@@isaacogunmuko3947, then the problem would be that you could not upgrade more than one hero at a time. I always upgrade three heroes at a time. If that change comes, it would take more time to upgrade heroes. I play COC for offense, not defense. Heroes themselves are the main army, and you want them to take more time to upgrade than entire buildings?
@@saurabacharya1642 Well Supercell could add upgrade slots unlocked at different town hall levels. The total upgrade slots could match the limit that players at specific town hall levels are allowed to use heroes, attacking, and defending. Town Halls 7 & 8 have 1 hero slot, Town Halls 9 & 10 have 2 hero slots, Town Halls 11 & 12 have 3 hero slots, and Town Halls 13 and onward have 4 hero slots. Then players would have a certain number of heroes to be upgraded at the same time. Doing this would also allow the builders to focus on Structure upgrades (Buildings and Traps).
This video really highlights a key pain point for many players. Hero upgrades often feel like a bottleneck, especially during war times or events. I think a solution could be shorter upgrade times or being able to use heroes during upgrades.
Hero hall should have been made like the pet house where you upgrade heroes in the hall and don't use a builder. And you can use the heroes for attacks but every attack used ads like an hour to the timer or something
I personally almost don't care about hero upgrades, unless it's a Warden upgrade. He alone gives more value than all heroes combined. I don't need BK to tank, I can use Eternal Tome; I don't need AQ to charge, I can use Warden for that; I don't need RC to pick some defenses, I can send a Fireball there. No other hero can give so much versatility for one hero slot.
Supercell will never do that. This debate was going on since 10 years. This is one of the biggest reasons to spend gems in the game. So from a business perspective not going to happen!
Excluding the Warden, every hero is a chore to lv up given they all share the same resource in dark elixir, and then add the pets and it gets even worse. The times arent helping either, forcing people to do at most 3 upgrades a month in the higher lvs unless they wanna miss cwl. New heroes help out in a way but arent solely a solution if the costs and timers arent split up to compensate.
My archer queen is close to being maxed while being upgraded almost constantly for 3 months except CWL. I am looking forward to being able to use her constantly. Minion Prince and RC are already maxed
Even with 1 spare hero, the time you take to upgrade the heroes to its respective max for its townhall is significant compared to buildings and wall. If not because of July's event, I don't think I can have lvl 65 heroes at TH13
This is especially true at town hall 13 where instead of 5 new levels for the king, queen and warden we get 10 and 10 for the minion prince and 25 for the champion which is unlocked at th 13
@@jorizdelacernabontor1022 ok, but why does it matter not a lot of players were active, just bundle it with something else on a big event, like anniversary, it doesn’t have to be a stand alone if it is to be yearly
But it's soooo satisfying to see the heroes at max level for the townhall like i am th15 for 64 days and my Queen is at 90. It was so satisfying to get there and also it gave me time to experiment with new army, like when all heroes are up at the same time or when only king and queen are down.
Adding more heroes is definitely not a fix for the problem. I’d say it will be even the opposite. The more heroes, more down time, so more time spent on each TH. It’s a financial decision for supercell, so they can sell more skins, more legendary equipment, more reasons for ppl gemming, buying books, spending more cwl and taking the player further and further away from reaching the last TH. The worst part was after the release of the new TH 17, a lot of TH-camrs were “commemorating” on video about building time reductions, and what I think it’s kinda silly is that none of them included the extra hero hall level time neither minion prince.
As someone who just came back and at TH12 with a lot of catching up to do I have to say this: Having the Minion Prince at that level so that I can keep one Hero upgrading at all time while still having 3 to attack is amazing. Also having the Builder/Research helpers, even at lvl 3 (as that where I stop upgrading them atm) helps so much as even taking off 3 hours a day off a upgrade added up fast.
You know, the funny thing is that the only people who truly enjoyed the game at it's fullest are those who started early enough at the hype cycle of 2015 or earlier. My heroes (in order of unlocking are currently 84/90/62+/62+/37+ (each + means currently upgrading) and I've been steadily upgrading them across each town hall level I experienced. Currently I've fallen behind as I'm still a TH15 due to a break, but I'm taking it a little easy and playing around with the game and trying to have fun. My base is nearly maxed out too thanks to that almost decade of grinding. I only have walls left and by then I will likely speedrun my way to TH17 (or 18 if it released) since once I complete my "final true TH" journey, I'll just try to be as maxed out as possible since it seems upgrading isn't as meaningful anymore, especially with how paultry the differences are between THs, to the point I've three started TH17s and my base got one started by TH17s. But in exchange for our enjoyment and bragging rights, newer players are getting screwed. Worse, we higher level players also get the short end of the deal because there's fewer players that can help us with high level troops and back us up when our attacks fail. I'm the only true TH15 in the clan as everyone else is either TH14 or lower or rushed, so I see how these problems affect everyone. At the end of the day Supercell sold out when they kept releasing newer THs sooner and sooner, since they know they get more revenue like that. But what happens when fewer people can afford to deal with expensive upgrades...?
As a new player(TH9) I also felt that way. Most of my friends who stopped playing around 2015-2016 are coming back and I noticed that there's hardly a completely new player like me that are coming into the game and most if not all of the players are just returnees or just coming back after a long break. One core reason for this is due to the fact that they knew how much time they have to spend time to grind for this game, and like you said it's a steady painstaking 10years of grind, which no new player would want. Dumb people may say "new players want the easy way out" but that's a hard reality the game is facing and with so many games easily accessible for everybody you can always expect players to choose those compared to CoC. All in all, I highly agree with you that for the sake of bragging rights old players are gatekeeping the game coz they wanted newer players to spend the same amount of time as them for different reasons instead of being helpful to their clans or even the community, and I've never seen someone like me who willingly play this game knowing all this fact instead of being discourage. People fell into the illusion that new players are coming into the game but the reality is that either they are whales who spend money to speed up the process or they are old players who created a new account for the sake of content or for Speedrun/rushing. Funnily enough even if the game was called Clash of Clans for a reason, I didn't even have a clan coz I know that I wouldn't be of much help even if I joined one 😂.
@@GeeksExplains Farming is not difficult at all. That's hardly the point. The point is that No one likes to grind like 300 levels of heroes from scratch, waiting for years to max, when a lot of your offensive power depends on your heroes, and heroes are not usable when upgrading. I suspect it's one of the main reasons why there isn't an influx of long term new players into the game (the other reason being that for being marketed as a "strategy" game, the offence-defense balance is severely lopsided to where you can spam dragons with lightning spells or super archer blimp and then force close the app and 3 star 99% of bases at TH12 or below. You aren't using or varying your attack strategy at all until TH12/13, which takes an year of playtime to get to. No new player is ready for that commitment since the gameplay up to that point is just lackluster).
they need to lessen the hero levels like the pets and they should just let us upgrade them from the hero hall like how the pet house works. that way we dont need to use builders to upgrade them. also the blacksmith and hero hall should just be one building. it’s so annoying how they gave us the hero hall which is more stuff to upgrade 🤦♂️
We should be able to use heroes while upgrading them but as a drawback their levels will be 40% less while or another alternative could be that we can use only one equipment during the upgrade
The last event (hammer time) i went from town hall 13 to 14, my main goal was to max all the heroes, at the end i could achieve max the king, the queen, the warden and only 2 levels missing for the royal champion so now i have a new townhall to upgrade with all my heroes ALLWAYS avalaible for attacks, its a pleasure to have them allways ready and not needed to worry about them.❤
Not only heroes' upgrades, even the equipment is the same. Think about it, the fastest way to upgrade equipments is to join clan wars but after all, there's this common rule of clans out there to be unable to participate in wars if you're upgrading heroes. So it really is confusing on what to prioritize first. Now, the only thing I found out after having multiple accounts is if you like to use hero charge especially QC, heroes' level does matter but if you like to use spam, just upgrade the hero whenever you don't want to war.
I think minion prince is a good option You can now keep upgrading one hero in the hero house and switch the heros while attacking this way you can upgrade your one hero an use other 4 and switch them time to time this way you will upgrade all your heros by time
There should be a mechanism like laboratory we have there some special builders, and when we are upgrading heroes, we can still use them while upgrading, just like troops, and it doesn't use regular builders but not to add like you get only one special builder and you have to pay gems to get more *no* after every hero hall upgrade that will give you a new hero you will get another special builder like you have 3 heroes and you have 3 special builders it would be a lot better if that mechanism exist
As a F2P hero’s are the worst, takes ages. When we got the minion prince he was upgraded to that TH level. A interesting idea would be for SC at TH18 to give a certain amount of levels to hero’s. Say 30 total, however you can split them amount hero’s or give them all to one hero
My main issue is that heros make up somuch of the atack... On lower townhalls i could still 3 star with one or two heros upgrading but now it feels like i just cannot 3 star without them and that sucks
I've been playing Clash of clans for 14 years now and it's always because of heroes' upgrades that I take a break from the game. For real ,the game becomes so boring as we always have to wait for our heroes while upgrading and till now it's the same. I hope Supercell fixes this problem before people start feeling it's a burden to upgrade them heroes.
The main problem come from gap between TH8-TH12. As old player, upgrade Hero much more painfull than now, but backthen TH8-TH10 literally take ages. Now TH8-TH12 feel short, u most likely rarely use hero once u reach TH10-TH13, rush or not. If they not change it, it always become problem, well at least until we get 2-3 more hero.
I think one of the biggest reasons for rushing is hero equipment. Don't get me wrong they're a really good additon but a lot of people tend to focus on that and neglect thier heros
People Want To Explore More With Troops And Strategies. For That They Need Maxed Out Heroes But It's Harsh Truth That Gives Us Two Options : 1. Waste Your Time On Upgrading. 2. Leave The Game Untill It Gets Better.
I find it very easy to always have 1 hero upgrading (and thats coming from almost max player aka levels 90-100). With the upgrade time being 8 days, I have just enough to squeeze 1 pet upgrade in between 2 hero upgrades and a bit extra for a occasional dark troop upgrade. Now with minion prince I always have 4 heroes at all times and just rotate them as needed. Seems like a fair system
Main reason why i quit coc last 2017 . I'm in th10 way back then and you can't enjoy pushing trophy and war while heroes are upgrading. I just resumed playing last year and I'm in th17 now ( it's rushed though) 😂
W vid, when minion prince released i really thought i can just upgrade him and still use my normal heroes i got him at th14 max (level 60) but after just thinking about how 30 weeks is more than half a year to max him i realized how i will never be on time to max heroes unless i give up using them
its a good update but i will never use the minion prince lmao, he's just not compatible with my army and he just dies after using the ability because of seeking air mines
@@codynguyen9087 Maybe in the future another new hero will arrive that's ground. I have the same issue, most of my attacks are grounded, and he always dies due to him taking all the air damage. I think he's good with air attacks though, his ability gives free slowdown to tons of defences
@@codynguyen9087 I really dislike MP. He's only ideally suited to dragon spam armies, which are already the mindless meta strat until TH14, and he's easily the least versatile of the heros. The king can serve a suitable role in all attacks, and so can the queen and RC despite only being ground heroes. The warden can serve as support for both air and ground armies. The MP in comparison, only really works with dragon spam.
They should be able to be used while upgrading, but there should be a trade off. Like if your hero is lvl 40 going to 41, when you use it during the upgrade it has the stats of 10 levels below to lvl 30 (lvl 10 and below heros would not be able to be used while upgrading), hero potions wouldn’t work on them, and the heal time would be lengthened.
I have the very first Xmas tree they ever made in my village. That's also why I have max heroes usually; I've been playing for way too long. If you didn't start a decade ago, however, the business model is clearly aimed at getting you to spend hundreds of dollars to do so. And now with hero equipment, they've found a way to put players like me in a position where I need to spend money if I want them maxed out (I ain't doing that).
Man i litterally thought about this and wondered if they could do the same thing hey did to barracks, maybe half the recovery speed so you can only use them once or twice per hour or longer recovery time.
@@Magnum69 I think the main issue is that the game has become progressively easier for lower TH levels through the years. You can easily triple every base in the game till TH14 just using mindless dragon spam, which gets really boring really quickly. If your product is a "strategy" game, but you gotta grind for over an year before there is reason to really start trying to use different strategies, a lot of folks are not gonna be interested. This is not to say that I think upgrade times should be eliminated all together for lower THs, but rather that they need some serious balancing (as well as the entire game tbh), so that there is actual strategy required for success in attacks and defenses. I'm doing a fresh account strategic rush at the minute and it's so boring just using 1 spam army for everything and then just sneakies for war.
I face this problem too...I maxed my th 14 in just 48 days but now I'm sticking in the loop hole like whether I shouldove to th 15 or upgrade ally heroes ...but we get new th every year ...we can't catch that level ...the fifth hero system is useless ..we need a alternative method
You don't have to max out every Hero in order to enjoy the game. First max your one favorite hero, then upgrade others accordingly. I use gem to buy hero books to speed up the process. I sell all my portions except research and builder portions to maximize the amount of gems gain in game. For new Players, you can leave 1 or 2 Hero at max level of most previous Town hall, since now we have 5 Heroes instead of 4. I sell all my portion except research and builder portion to max amount of gems in game. This is my strategy.
You conveniently left out the fact that Supercell's newest update allows you to always be upgrading one hero in the background while you use your other 4 heroes.
I’m a f2p prior to TH 17 release I have maxed my heroes and favorite pets per hero. Only had traps and walls left to upgrade. Started playing free to play since the COVID pandemic. 😊
I truly think troops and heroes should upgrade over time as you use them, so they're literally gaining experience and developing their tactics along the player
I really want them to return the old hero potion. I'm tired of having rushers destroy my village spent a lot of time maxing out just by using hero potion
They should make 1 hero update per townhall that takes 20 days. Or alternativly you update your herohall and all your heroes are updated. I know its about selling books but then they could go crazy with releasing heroes with equipments that can be monetized. I would literally not care how low the ore income is if i could just have my heroes ready in clanwars to earn them.
As a player I always keep my heros at 10 levels lower to that of max level..Use potions during cwl and use them normally during classic war. When new TH is released the reduction come in play and I upgrd all heros 5 lvls again keeping 10 lvls gap.
New hero helped us to replace 1 hero when they are on upgrade No one should be dumb to upgrade heroes during cwl like you told The main issue is that ore and equipment that is something supercell should do something about it Because ores are harder to collect and so upgrading equipment also When heroes are under upgrade
You also have to decide what hero you want to priorities levelling especially with the needed amount of Dark elixir Going to Town Hall 14 my AQ is level 74 while my BK is level 68
I don’t see it as that bad really, you can get enough gems to buy weekly or bi weekly book of hero’s, or builder potions depending on your th level and ROI. Dark elxier is pretty easy to farm now too
Those of us who have been playing coc for 10 or more years had to suffer the expensive and time consuming upgrades but those who now jump on the game are typically millennials or gen Z they want it for free and want it now. The world has gone to pot
Well weren't those time consuming rewards the exact reasons you enjoyed playing coc?that's why it is an old game and not fit in this generation. The new generation have attention span of about 30 seconds and for them if coc didn't had hero equipment accessable ever since th7,those same equipments that can do a lot of things with just a simple tap then it will just be a very long ads that they will just simply ignore it. Sooner or later if coc team doesn't add more straight forward tactics effects then the game will be dead with just old players who are still trying to reach max th and max everything .And by that time supercell will already be focusing on new games while coc is still running with even new ths. So every part of these patches are inevitable thing that supercell will have to add to make sure that new players are gonna play this game and doesn't feel left behind if they want to get money from the game everything is decided by money especially their employees are just there for work and to get money.
The higher you progress, the heroes become more of a premium unit rather than casual one, because the heros almost equal time as cumulative of all upgrades for that townhall. 2 possible solutions 1> either let people use heros only for war during upgrading with +1hr upgrading time penalty Or 2>keeping the time same for every 5th level and upgrade +5 levels every time
Hero levels need a squish. Make it at most a 5-level-upgrade per TH level, adjust its stats, accordingly. Make upgrade times instant, but costs a full storage's worth and can only be done when certain conditions are met. This discourages rushing while maintaining time and resource gating when upgrading heroes. As for hero equipment, to prevent power creep, make it that the equipment levels are scaled to hero level and should never be allowed to upgrade when the hero associated with it is lower. Also transfer the upgrade times here so instead of heroes unavailable when upgrading, it's the equipment.
My hero are 17 levels from max th13. I have them and a few traps and walls. They make a huge difference when I attack with them. I have been using sneaking goblins to collect dark elixir and without the hero’s I could probably get 30% destruction with the town hall, but with heros I get 50-80 and sometimes 100% with sneaking goblins. They make such a big difference that you need them to attack and yet I still have to upgrade them. By missing 1 of the ground heros they make a big difference. By about 10% less damage in an attack. It sucks and there is nothing we can really do about it.
What if Heroes can be used while upgrading but the upgrade timer will be paused while they are searching for battles and recovering from battle, I kinda feel like this will make players upgrade them more, because many players don't upgrade them cuz they can't use them.
My idea is that when u upgrade a hero u can still use it in battle but it gets 10 or 20 lvl. worse. So that it is a feature unlocked at lvl. 10 or 20. When having a hero at lvl 10 and u want to upgrade it, its goes to lvl 1 until the upgrade finished.
I've been playing for almost 6 years now and I can say that, I've been upgrading my heroes more than I have used them. I'm a player who maxed out everything before going to the next town hall, and from new town hall i assign my 2-3 builder focus only on heroes and I only take break if there is a cwl coming after cwl i upgrade them again. It would be helpful if we would be able to use heroes while upgrading because when there is a new strategy you want to learn you can learn it right away not like learn it when cwl is about to start because that's the only time the heroes are complete
In a Clash of Clans interview, the community manager stated that Supercell wants to keep things constant, and that's why they added the hero hall. So unlocking and upgrading heroes will be similar to unlocking and upgrading troops, spells, siege machines, and pets. th-cam.com/video/cwNgXt_CyM4/w-d-xo.html Maybe in the future to be even more constant Supercell might add a new hero unlocked at every hero hall level. Similar to how other buildings unlock new stuff at every level. Also, maybe Supercell would then release a new hero whenever a new town hall is released. Players would then have more hero combinations to choose from. However, simultaneously upgrading every hero wouldn't be possible since there are only 6 builders (7 if you count the goblin builder) in the game. By then maybe Supercell might remove the builder's requirement for upgrading heroes, then players upgrade 1 hero at a time. Like how Pets and Lab upgrades are upgraded one at a time. The Hero Potion could then be reworked to reduce Hero upgrade time, while the Power Potion could be reworked to boost heroes, troops, spells, pets, and siege machines to the max level for a Town Hall level. The Hero Potion could feature a 24x boost, cutting down 1 day from a hero upgrade, similar to the way the Pet Potion boosts pet upgrades and the Research Potion boosts lab upgrades. Players could then have the opportunity to get 3 hero Potions after raid weekend to speed up a hero upgrade and reduce the upgrade by 3 days. Finally, as the game progresses and more heroes are introduced, Supercell should also implement some time reductions whenever a new hero is added.
i believe they should just add more heroes to replace other upgrading heroes, i understand how this is a controversial take considering how overpowered attacks already is.
I totally agree ... I have an idea ... why does not supercell reduce the timing and resources spent when multiple similar unit are being upgraded at one ... sorta discount
If you don't townhall rush, it's really a skill issue. You have 5 builders (6 if you did builder base), and gold pass is 5.99 USD. Make sure you always have DE when an upgrade finishes and it's really not too bad to max heroes during your time at that town hall level. You get a couple books per month from gold pass and gems from achievements if you want to buy books with gems from the weekly shop. At most there are 10 levels per hero per town hall level so as long as you focus heroes (you should) then it's not terribly long. If you town hall rush or are pure free to play (no gold pass) then you are definitely shooting yourself in the foot for not playing progression the way it's intended. Everyone knows you stimy yourself for clan wars if you town hall rush, so for your first account i highly recommend playing the game normally. Max out elixir buildings > max out resource collectors and storages > max out heroes > then finally max out defenses.
By the time I was done with queen at th10 all buildings were done and all that was left was th11 so I said welp, will only be able to use her while hero hall is upgrading. If you think about it, now hero hall adds to the hero upgrading time, so it's not 100, but 100+hero hall levels, unless you go up a TH before you max out heroes in previous stage

When they introduced the hero hall, I thought at least they would let us upgrade heroes without needing to use a builder
Multiple days and thousands of dark elixir to add a level 1 barbarian worth of stats has always been crazy to me
My archer queen is close to being maxed while being upgraded almost constantly for 3 months except CWL. I am looking forward to being able to use her constantly. Minion Prince and RC are already maxed
What about the King
@@GentleGuardian-b1t he is only a funneling tool for me with spiky ball and EQ boots, hes still25 lvls to max
@@gamersreactions9267 I’m reporting you to Jaden! BK on top 😤
@@futurejon1597 the YAK is not even in the better half of the pets
Even with 1 spare hero, the time you take to upgrade the heroes to its respective max for its townhall is significant compared to buildings and wall.
If not because of July's event, I don't think I can have lvl 65 heroes at TH13
That’s why I only upgrade them when I have a book available
This is especially true at town hall 13 where instead of 5 new levels for the king, queen and warden we get 10 and 10 for the minion prince and 25 for the champion which is unlocked at th 13
we should get the unlimited heroes event at least once a year even if it's only for like 2 weeks
They would never bring it back again not a lot of players played during that event it was very unexpected.
@@jorizdelacernabontor1022 ok, but why does it matter not a lot of players were active, just bundle it with something else on a big event, like anniversary, it doesn’t have to be a stand alone if it is to be yearly
@@stanisawdrewienkowski2843 exactly just bring it on the anniversary
I suggest a magic snack that allows you to use your heroes for 24h whilst upgrading. Therefore players can still upgrade heroes during war
They will make more heroes so we won't miss those that are upgrading.
@@VideoGameStarChannelSupreme farming isn't that hard... l have filled my storages from farming so many times this month
Every time I see one of your videos in my FY page, I just know it’s gonna be awesome keep it up ❤
Thank you for highlighting the major problem.
they need to lessen the hero levels like the pets and they should just let us upgrade them from the hero hall like how the pet house works. that way we dont need to use builders to upgrade them. also the blacksmith and hero hall should just be one building. it’s so annoying how they gave us the hero hall which is more stuff to upgrade 🤦♂️
I wish we could use are heros in friendly battle I don't know why we need our heroes to heal for friendly battles and I hope it changes soon.

absolutely true....heroes must be available in case of war and cwl attacks
Hero upgrades became pointless ever since they buffed hero potions completely
manas082
because of this damn new hero iam stuck at th15 for few month more. I WANT TO UPGRADE MY TH TO LEVEL 16 SO BAADLY.
Lmao it was the same with me (but th12) and I “accidentally” upgraded my th without the prince maxed out. Whoops
I think minion prince is a good option
You can now keep upgrading one hero in the hero house and switch the heros while attacking this way you can upgrade your one hero an use other 4 and switch them time to time this way you will upgrade all your heros by time
There should be a mechanism like laboratory we have there some special builders, and when we are upgrading heroes, we can still use them while upgrading, just like troops, and it doesn't use regular builders but not to add like you get only one special builder and you have to pay gems to get more *no* after every hero hall upgrade that will give you a new hero you will get another special builder like you have 3 heroes and you have 3 special builders it would be a lot better if that mechanism exist
I am upgrading them 24/7 and I am never able to use them all for attacks
I hope Supercell fixes this problem before people start feeling it's a burden to upgrade them heroes.
bro dropped the hardest coc video 🥶

Not harder than my coc
The main problem come from gap between TH8-TH12. As old player, upgrade Hero much more painfull than now, but backthen TH8-TH10 literally take ages.
Now TH8-TH12 feel short, u most likely rarely use hero once u reach TH10-TH13, rush or not.
If they not change it, it always become problem, well at least until we get 2-3 more hero.
i think it will be balanced if we remove needing builders to upgrade heroes , since we have the hero hall now
I think one of the biggest reasons for rushing is hero equipment. Don't get me wrong they're a really good additon but a lot of people tend to focus on that and neglect thier heros
People Want To Explore More With Troops And Strategies. For That They Need Maxed Out Heroes But It's Harsh Truth That Gives Us Two Options :
1. Waste Your Time On Upgrading.
2. Leave The Game Untill It Gets Better.
I meannnn this update is brand new we never know what supercell might be cooking
The reason of time consuming hero upgrades is that its the core loop of the game, rather than just monetization
Supercell is unusually increasing heroes level 💀100 level
I think they should introduce a system so that we can upgrade them without consuming a builder
Main reason why i quit coc last 2017 . I'm in th10 way back then and you can't enjoy pushing trophy and war while heroes are upgrading. I just resumed playing last year and I'm in th17 now ( it's rushed though) 😂
W vid, when minion prince released i really thought i can just upgrade him and still use my normal heroes i got him at th14 max (level 60) but after just thinking about how 30 weeks is more than half a year to max him i realized how i will never be on time to max heroes unless i give up using them
Thats why they add more Heros but let you only use 4
i wish that upgrade for heroes is to upgrade like walls but the dark elixir is higher cost
The reduction time is only a few hours from over a week upgrade time.. 😂😂
Last update was pretty good for this imo, always having one hero upgrading is a good way to spent dark consistently while keeping 4 heros for atracks
its a good update but i will never use the minion prince lmao, he's just not compatible with my army and he just dies after using the ability because of seeking air mines
@@codynguyen9087agree, but still better than nothing
@@codynguyen9087 Maybe in the future another new hero will arrive that's ground. I have the same issue, most of my attacks are grounded, and he always dies due to him taking all the air damage.
I think he's good with air attacks though, his ability gives free slowdown to tons of defences
@ yeah i do like him as an air hero, but i never use air attacks
@@codynguyen9087 I really dislike MP. He's only ideally suited to dragon spam armies, which are already the mindless meta strat until TH14, and he's easily the least versatile of the heros.
The king can serve a suitable role in all attacks, and so can the queen and RC despite only being ground heroes. The warden can serve as support for both air and ground armies. The MP in comparison, only really works with dragon spam.
They should be able to be used while upgrading, but there should be a trade off. Like if your hero is lvl 40 going to 41, when you use it during the upgrade it has the stats of 10 levels below to lvl 30 (lvl 10 and below heros would not be able to be used while upgrading), hero potions wouldn’t work on them, and the heal time would be lengthened.
hmm this is why i am afraid to go to next town hall i am currently th11 maxed and having second thoughts off upgrading to th 12😢
Love the video, very cinematic
Thank you, trying my best ❤️
I have the very first Xmas tree they ever made in my village. That's also why I have max heroes usually; I've been playing for way too long.
If you didn't start a decade ago, however, the business model is clearly aimed at getting you to spend hundreds of dollars to do so. And now with hero equipment, they've found a way to put players like me in a position where I need to spend money if I want them maxed out (I ain't doing that).
If they are making us upgrade a hero hall, we shouldn’t need to use a builder for heros
I am a F2P player and have like 5 levels on every hero left, so in a way you can max them, it just sucks
Man i litterally thought about this and wondered if they could do the same thing hey did to barracks, maybe half the recovery speed so you can only use them once or twice per hour or longer recovery time.
Really good idea, could be slower to train If its upgrading, but at least we could still have some fun sometimes
Honestly, at this point i think there should be no upgrade times for anything from start until TH 12. Starting fresh in CoC in 2025 is insane
Bro if you tryhard you can be non-rushed TH13 in a year, realise that, 12 town hall levels in a year. There's no need for what you're suggesting imo
Hero upgrade is the only thing I don't like in coc😢 i gave up most of the time and come back later 😂
To add salt to the wound we at th16 need to upgrade that pathetic minion prince for 30 more levels can you believe it
the time would not even be an issue if we were allowed to still use them... that was a great month
@Catcher-fl8dg finally someone who is giving valid points... upgrading heroes isn't that much of an issue that voids you to not upgrade at all
*Potion
I've done the same for the last two or three years. It's the only viable way unless you want to spend a fortune on gems.
I can't wait to upgrade my heroes to level 500 soon
The narration is just great! You got a new subscriber 😊
the music got me thinking supercell up to something sinister🤨
Im trying my best to make it emotional but yeah 😂
you nailed the topic
Thanks man ❤️
New hero helped us to replace 1 hero when they are on upgrade
No one should be dumb to upgrade heroes during cwl like you told
The main issue is that ore and equipment that is something supercell should do something about it
Because ores are harder to collect and so upgrading equipment also
When heroes are under upgrade
You also have to decide what hero you want to priorities levelling especially with the needed amount of Dark elixir
Going to Town Hall 14 my AQ is level 74 while my BK is level 68
Exactly the problem I am struggling with right now 😭.
I don’t see it as that bad really, you can get enough gems to buy weekly or bi weekly book of hero’s, or builder potions depending on your th level and ROI. Dark elxier is pretty easy to farm now too
@eddieliusa true some people here are saying it's impossible l have so many accounts from th14 down to th9 and non of them is hard to get DE
Those of us who have been playing coc for 10 or more years had to suffer the expensive and time consuming upgrades but those who now jump on the game are typically millennials or gen Z they want it for free and want it now. The world has gone to pot
I agree, I experienced the same suffering but I hope its going to be better for newer generations:)
2 possible solutions
1> either let people use heros only for war during upgrading with +1hr upgrading time penalty
Or
2>keeping the time same for every 5th level and upgrade +5 levels every time
Hero levels need a squish.
So unlocking and upgrading heroes will be similar to unlocking and upgrading troops, spells, siege machines, and pets.
th-cam.com/video/cwNgXt_CyM4/w-d-xo.html
Maybe in the future to be even more constant Supercell might add a new hero unlocked at every hero hall level.
Heroes should be made usable in wars still while upgrading.. if not normal attacks
i believe they should just add more heroes to replace other upgrading heroes, i understand how this is a controversial take considering how overpowered attacks already is.
They should reduce time
I totally agree ...
I think it’s okay if hero upgrades take awhile. But make leveling them up worth the time 😭😭
