    I just watched your video on outside pendulum from 5 years ago, fun to see your development making videos. Good stuff.

    Could you please do a nerd math tutorial on clubs? How often and which exercises to incorporate into a routine? I just started with shield casts and inside/outside circles,but I'm really interested in the progression of exercises. And also, how should they be intergrated with a kettlebell program? Thank you.

      Single arm heavy club order of operations. From the Nerd Math playlist on Mark’s channel: th-cam.com/video/ZPJd77RvVSM/w-d-xo.html and part 2 here: th-cam.com/video/3l4bSG5Nd90/w-d-xo.html

      Integration of single arm club “tetris”-ed in with kettlebells. th-cam.com/video/7ydDLj-n2WI/w-d-xo.html

      Have a look for his tetris of training too as that has a few that goes from all kb to introducing 2hand and 1hand club on medium and light days

    I had a tennis elbow hiatus, but I really miss my clubs and hope to start some light clubbing in a week or two.. 🙂

    I love this exercise, you really get a sense of "flow" when you do it. I didn't quite get the part about whether to look at the club at the end of the movement? It looks like you should. What did you mean by your elbow becoming bent? Thanks again Mark 👊

    What's the goal weight to achieve for men that are in the overweight program before they can do these pendulums?

    • @Ethorsen21
      @Ethorsen21 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      im also curious about that too..

      In some of his other programs, pendulum isn’t necessarily added depending on reaching a certain weight, but it is seen as more complex of an exercise. So once you’ve done a few weeks with your starting weight things like circles, side to side swing, pullovers, you might add inside pendulum.

    • @peacal247
      @peacal247 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@kuzmatt9 I've done 20 months of training. How are the pendulums added to the Tetris of training? Is it added to club day [inside, outside, shield single arm] or is it in it's own day?

    • @kuzmatt9
      @kuzmatt9 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@peacal247 if you’re doing 10 minutes of club, you might switch pendulums in as 1 of the 5-7 exercises you rotate through during the set. Adding complexity instead of adding weight. Adding time, adding weight, or adding difficulty are all ways to make a set more challenging.

    • @kuzmatt9
      @kuzmatt9 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@peacal247 after 20 months of training, you’re probably doing mills and reverse mills instead of just simple squats and pullovers. Same concept.

    I just got an Adex club. If I am looking to rebuild my crappy shoulders, should I start with a 1-hand club or 2-hand club program?

    • @EnduranceRoom
      @EnduranceRoom ปีที่แล้ว +1

      2 hand would probably be safer if you are just starting. You could do a couple weeks of 2 hand, then start working in single arm club with a lighter load doing an AB split, A being two hand club on say monday and thursday, and B single arm club tuesday and friday.

    Ever train staff spinning? I'm thinking of visiting a hardware store to buy a dowel and try it out to see if I like staff spinning. If I don't, guess I will have a decent walking stick to fend off unfriendly dogs LOL. My hope is that its techniques will help improve my grip and upper body mobility as well as serve as brain training

    Training the transverse plane or as retired 1st Detachment Delta Command Sgt Major Pat McNamara says, the ass kicking plane as the transverse plane is where you generate punching power.
    Power Clean to Front Squat to Press/Push Press/Push Jerk is rhe greatest Barbell exercise you can do.

    People also tend to do weird stuff with their shoulders and bend the spine at the bottom, as well as exhibiting APT at the top (there goes your "squeeze your glutes" cue))

    I bought level 1 and 2 in a bundle, but got charged twice. I sent details to the email listed at the bottom of the emailed receipt.
