I think you would like the 17 front wheel. The 16.5 is the worst of the 3 different measures, chattery and the interest of Metz is in the 17. The 16 requires a different way of riding, almost stop & go into the corners. The 17 would be perfect for your riding style

in the european supermoto series you see a lot of guys running dual small diameter front discs with dual tiny calipers. I'm not exactly sure the reasoning behind it. It would be an interesting swap, but you'de need a lot of stuff changed to make it work, like new fork bottoms for your ohlins, new front wheel hub, and obviously 2 tiny discs (almost look like rear discs) and 2 tiny calipers
We have explored this option and we are considering testing a very new version in the future. For now, we are testing something else in the quite near future. Likely in our next update.
The only one I've ever seen is Cobra, but I'd guess there are others?

@@SuperbikeUnlimited Thomas Chareyre still uses a single disc setup and he killing it still. Whatever advantage the dual discs bring, doesn't seem to be all that much.
So I’m considering one for my 2008 YZ450. It says up to 5.5” wide wheel. How do it effect chain alignment? I’d be fine with a 5” wheel and 165 tire. But that’s a no go on stock swingarm. Less than a 1/8” tire to swingarm and chain still eats the tire on opposing side. So this Tecstra swingarm doesn’t put extra stress on counter sprocket?
What was the weight difference between the stock swingarm and the Tecstra swingarm?
What’s your take on downshifting? Here it looks like you slip the clutch.
If you’re doing road bike racing are you running auto bloopers?
Down a tooth in the back and a shorter wheelbase would suit this track I reckon.

We had very good feel and performance from the Tecstra. We would not recommend the skeletal designs like Tekmo. Have not tested Gecco. We have new and used Tecstra in stock!
@@SuperbikeUnlimited thank you to let me know,and about the tecstra swingarm in this case I have a crf450 2018 and Im putting full supermoto and I have the chain rubbing on the tire and I just have a 4.25 rim...thats one of the reasons that I want to put a swingarm, in tecstra swingarm the chain slide and chain guide can be the OEM from my supermoto or its different?I know the tekmo fits everything from OEM model
