Our librarian once a week would read a book to us and she was so gentle and slow with her movements and when she’d flip the pages along with the sound of the dust protector the tingles were something I never forgot. I remembered thinking, What IS that?
This is exactly my first experience too! And when she was filling papers and typing and turning pages at the desk while we all sat quietly at our group tables to read silently, those sounds would just be in the background making me tingle

I am suffering of a chronic lung disease I've had for some years it is excruciating some days I cannot bear it the pain but then ASMR has really helped me relax and stay calm and fall asleep when I'm in pain thank you so much for creating videos like this you have no idea it means the world to me

There is a perfume by Milen Harris named L' air de rien. It smells like dusty libraries. Can you imagine? The smell, the sounds... just beautiful.. !

I love this. I feel overwhelmed by most videos because it’s just a flood of trying too hard. This is more like a natural ASMR. Almost like it’s happening whilst you’re trying not to. Personally, I find those the absolute best. Thanks for a new favorite! Wish I found this sooner!!
I agree! So many videos seem to try so hard & it becomes way too much. This has a very natural flow & rhythm to it and that makes it so much more relaxing❣️😊

I used to think I was weird when I watched documentaries on purpose as there was often ASMR interviewee. Scots Gaelic posts are great for ASMR.
