I listen while studying, I ususally put on an asmr video like this and some quiet lofi music in the background. For some reason asmr doesnt make me fall asleep anymore like it used to but i like it for relaxing background noise
I listen while I work, but todays been hard so I’ve treated myself to a nap and now means I have to work later 😂

The whole “Typing quotes from a book” section is the very specific first trigger sound I ever recognized!! In sixth grade during our 30 minute reading times there would be this girl next to me who would unintelligibly whisper the book to herself, and along with the teachers keyboard clicking in the background and our pages turning in the silent classroom 🥰🥰🥰 my god if I had a full video of this I would die and go to heaven, PLEASE my friend of the day comes you make that video I will be the first one there!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Also think of and say to yourself the colors you're seeing, what u can smell, hear, and even taste. It's a method taught to fight off s panic attack...kind of tricks your brain by switching gears through the senses
I sometimes pass out from panic attacks when getting blood drawn. Maria’s videos have helped me with that, she’s so calming.

The keyboard sounds are very relaxing and also nostalgic for me. When I was a child, my father used to stay up late to finish writing documents for his work and the room where the computer is, is right next to my bedroom. So I was falling asleep to the sounds of keyboard typing ❤😴

When we were kids, I spent every wednesday afternoon at my grandparents house and sometimes my cousin was there and we would both do our homework at the big table. I used to love watching her write, flip pages or draw lines with her ruler. She did it so gently and careful, I think it must be one of my first experiences with tingles 🤗❤️ This video reminds me of those afternoons at my grandparents 🥰 What a beautiful time it was

This video got me through undergrad. The hundreds of hours spent studying over 3 years were less stressful because of THIS video. I was never able to find another one that had quite the effect on me that this one did. It gave me the amount of ASMR I needed to be relaxed and receptive to learning. This video is a treasure.
I can't stress enough how much this video helps me study. Especially when it's a subject that I'm struggling with that stresses me out (like financial accounting). I put this video on my second screen and being able to not only hear it but slightly see it out of the corner of my eye does something to my brain that removes the learning block and anxiety and helps me absorb information. I love all your unintelligible whispers videos so much. They really help me to get myself to do the things I need to do for my studies and internship, and to focus. I can't even remember how many times I've listened to nail-polish and crystal cataloguing, diamons and dollars, and the enchantress video. I love that I can listen to them over and over again and they never get old. I'd seriously have much more trouble doing schoolwork without these. I'm endlessly grateful that you make this kind of videos (though I love all your other work as well). I was so happy when I saw you uploaded another one, and it's great as always.
