It’s interesting you mentioned Starbucks. All Summer after leaving the dog park, I opted for driving straight past the coffee chop and directly to the garden center. My justification was that I could have spent $12 on a coffee and sweet treat OR buy a couple of beautiful plants that will last for months or years. I can always make my own coffee!

Good point regarding cost of a cup of coffee at Starbuck's compared to a PW annual. You can't beat the bang for your buck an annual provides. And the PWs are so lush and full, you require less to fill a bed. My lantana, pentas are still going strong in spite of a few frosty nights. Thank you adding the wonderful footage of fall foliage. I love NC in the fall.

When I was about 18, I helped my parents pick out and plant a red blooming japonica camellia to plant at their house in Alabama. It was maybe 3ft tall when we planted it. It’s been 12 years and it’s now about 8ft tall! It blooms massive gorgeous red blooms around Valentine’s Day every year! Definitely a plant worth having! And they’re shade lovers too so good for a shadier spot.
My begonias, on my front porch in pots, actually look better now than they did in the heat of summer! And I am in Southern Illinois. We have had several nights of below freezing weather already. I’m going to leave them until they show signs of suffering. I’m loving the color they are giving me.
We were in Ashville this past weekend. We did Biltmore Estates and loved every minute, the foliage, trees, the back country roads, OMGoodness, so gorgeous, just like your ariel views of your nursery in this video! I could totally live in NC! You are right, Biltmore is worth it and Laura better come visit you ASAP. I could see you both just going crazy in the Biltmore Gardens! I could have spent a week just in the Conservatory to learn more about the plants in there! What would have made the quick trip better was to have some time to come and visit your nursery! We just didn't have time, but we'll be back for sure!

The fall colors are beautiful… I have several friends who live from Floria to Maine…. they post fall pictures also that just gorgeous! I’m jealous, but I have 4 Spirea shrubs that are providing me with color! The greenhouse is beautiful! From a distance on camera it does look like glass!

I was telling you guys through my computer screen.. hurry up I wanna see....I wanna see.... I was getting anxious to see the progress of the Atlas. Then I had to go back to 0:56 and watch it a few more times. lol [2] The building at the back for the mechanicals, Why not enlarge it a little more for a cold storage refrigeration room, for bulbs and tubers that have to be chilled,, since the mechanics are all already there? [3] Wow love that Hot Flash Camellia. I might need a row of those as a hedge in 1 of my personal gardens. It is gorgeous. I have some white ones "Doves' already,, just not Hot Flash. [4] I love HOSTAs, Impatients, and Moss Roses [Portulaca] all over the place. [5] 14:25...whats the yellow[ish] plant over your left shoulder? Is that a Hosta going into winter starting it's senescence process?? Thank you again for the updates and information of the Atlas and the plant products. Love that Hot Flash!
The fall trees are so beautiful. I live in Aust in sub tropics and we don’t get very much change in trees. In the south of Aust get season changes where in Queensland we don’t .

Wow, I loved the drone footage and seeing the beautiful riot of fall color that surrounds your home and Creekside Nursery! Jerry has really mastered how to control the drone which is very impressive! I planted a couple of the Ascot Rainbow spurge in the spring, and they were gorgeous, but I don't know if they are hardy in zone 5a since mine didn't have tags with them.
