Technically, all the restaurants in the Meat Building near Manseibashi closed down, not just one of her favorites unfortunately (and that includes the Lawson that was on the ground floor). It’s being torn down and redeveloped apparently, just another casualty of a changing Akiba.
I was in Japan last month, around the same time you were. There's a very low, but non-zero chance we crossed paths at some point. Also, it's so funny seeing a place that I've just been to in someone else's video. It makes we want to get back on a plane and return to Tokyo for another week.

Although I've spent time in Japan before, I've only been in Akiba for a few hours. So I didn't really get to explore much, or even go to a maid cafe But this time Akiba is my main focus! As someone who didn't get to see the first tour video but played the Akiba's trip game, It was (in a way) pretty nostalgic to see all these places once more and see that some of these barely changed from back then! Will definitely check out these places If I ever get to go to Japan in the future (hopefully...)

This smol ghost maid just dragged me all around Akiba when I was about to go home, she misunderstood me and started to say I'll get you where you want go don't worry, weirdly she started to give a tour of Akiba. She left me at a shrine and just said only to disappear after. I'll give this experience a 3/5, I know more about Akiba (mainly about maid cafes) now but I'm now stuck at this shrine with no way home and don't know what year I'm in now, she said she'll be back but I don't know when. I took my siblings to Super potato last summer when we went, because I remembered they had a demo Virtual boy free to use. It wasn't quite as great as it was the last time and the virtual boy was broken, but I still enjoyed myself, even if my siblings were underwhelmed. I love Akiba, and this was a very good way of tiding myself over until I can make it to Japan again (next year March if I get lucky). Thanks for the stream, Mint.

When I first went to Akihabara one year ago I had visited briefly, and didn't quite realize how big electric town was, along all the different shops and the variety of things that could be found. It was really surprising to be among dozens of people sharing similar interests and seeking similar goods. I was happy coming back home to Ikebukuro, and wondered how it would be spending the night in Akiba instead, but one thing that I appreciated is that there seemed to be a much 'healthier' maid culture compared to the people that bother you in Ikebukuro at night. I remember being stopped by two girls that asked me to visit their newly open maid cafe, but I was too shy to go there alone for the first time, so I recommended the place to a friend instead. For me the most memorable moment was being at Mos Burger, semi-empty, looking at the streets full of people from all over the world roaming about in the city, with calm music in the background. It's a memory that I treasure fondly, and hope to visit again, maybe also maid cafes, together with my friends next year

I prefer to learn the lay of the land before visiting a place, and I'm sure this video will prove helpful for like-minded people who plan to visit Akiba in the near future. As someone who didn't get to see the first tour video but played the Akiba's trip game, It was (in a way) pretty nostalgic to see all these places once more and see that some of these barely changed from back then!

This smol ghost maid just dragged me all around Akiba when I was about to go home, she misunderstood me and started to say I'll get you where you want go don't worry, weirdly she started to give a tour of Akiba. She left me at a shrine and just said only to disappear after. I'll give this experience a 3/5, I know more about Akiba (mainly about maid cafes) now but I'm now stuck at this shrine with no way home and don't know what year I'm in now, she said she'll be back but I don't know when. I guess thank you smol ghost maid for the tour.

I took my siblings to Super potato last summer when we went, because I remembered they had a demo Virtual boy free to use. It wasn't quite as great as it was the last time and the virtual boy was broken, but I still enjoyed myself, even if my siblings were underwhelmed. I love Akiba, and this was a very good way of tiding myself over until I can make it to Japan again (next year March if I get lucky). Thanks for the stream, Mint.

Electric Ghost of Akihabara?
Thank you so much for the tour! When I first went to Akihabara one year ago I had visited briefly, and didn't quite realize how big electric town was, along all the different shops and the variety of things that could be found. It was really surprising to be among dozens of people sharing similar interests and seeking similar goods. I was happy coming back home to Ikebukuro, and wondered how it would be spending the night in Akiba instead, but one thing that I appreciated is that there seemed to be a much 'healthier' maid culture compared to the people that bother you in Ikebukuro at night. I remember being stopped by two girls that asked me to visit their newly open maid cafe, but I was too shy to go there alone for the first time, so I recommended the place to a friend instead.
For me the most memorable moment was being at Mos Burger, semi-empty, looking at the streets full of people from all over the world roaming about in the city, with calm music in the background. It's a memory that I treasure fondly, and hope to visit again, maybe also maid cafes, together with my friends next year
