TRANSFORM A DUVET COVER INTO A STUNNING DRESS
Hi I always sew the top in one got setting in the sleeves and then sewing the side seem of the bodice and the sleeves in one go. Much easier than trying to sew the sleeves into the armhole good luck
Great tip! thank you I did find that way a bit harder so will try your way next time
I enjoyed the video. I would prefer no music. Lovely material.
Thank you. I'm glad you've said this as I've had a few music suggestions/ comments and so I will take off the music, which would be easier for me too, so this is great news
I love your fabric choice right up my alley just love your dress xx
Thanks you never know the end result depends really where the pattern Can fit but yes, I’m pleased with it Thanks for watching have a nice day
Your video just came up on you tube. What a brilliant idea to use duvet covers for your fabric.
I’ve been using them for years and curtains!my sons used to say you wearing curtains again Mum hehe
Hi Victoria, the hooks are for rug making. XxKathleen
Thankyou I need to try that then hehe 😅 have a great day
Latch hook for rug making
Oh that’s lovely thank you for letting me know. Now I need to make a rug 😅 what crafts do you enjoy
@@victoriamakes knitting crochet dress making and love making quilts
Very pretty and feminine. You could dress it up more with a lovely string of pearls for an evening out.
@cherylcarnes4207 what a lovely idea thank you I will do that 😊
Those are rug making hooks I believe.
@@cindyharris8098 I should try and make a rug then thank you
Wow really love this one.
Ah thanks that's very kind of you to leave a comment. You never really know how things will turn out, but yes, I'm really happy with these so far ☺️ Hope you watch my other videos, there all a bit different in styles. I now need the confidence to wear them!
Love that material, dress is cute. That music has got to go!
Thank you. I will take the music off the next one. See how everyone feels. Thanks for your comments. Have a great day 😀
Sorry..found the music far too much on this video..!
I'm sorry I had to quickly change it, as two of the tracks after uploading were changed due to some copyright issues unknown before to me and youtube uploaded it at a standard volume which must be higher than I usually use hopefully next video will be better for you May i ask was it the volume or style of.the music 🎶 you didn't like?
Personally I prefer videos without music…I watch videos to watch you..and your makes, not to listen to music,l can do that any time! One lady who is doing very well is ..Marion’s world..she is excellent,in what she makes and no music at all! I think people appreciate that so much, reading the comments they do..l do wish you well in all you do, and look forward to more of your videos, with very low music,or none at all! Xxx
Thank you for your comments. That's good to know
I enjoyed the music.
@christinepreston8267 I've stopped putting music on my videos. Thanks for your input
Really pretty !
