Starts @8:02 (I watched the whole vid)
    1) Need 5-10 min. Sit somewhere alone & quiet, have a timer with you or a stop watch.
    2) Close your eyes
    3) Set a focus for your visualization (goal, objective, purpose). Select one goal and make sure it is specific.
    4) Calm yourself down (1-2 min. deep breathing w/ eyes closed). Will help to get centered. Don't think of the past or future. Just be present.
    5) Visualization. Take timer and set for 5 or 10 min. Click start. Start visualizing your goal.
    6) Visualize in the present. Soak in the emotions.
You should do this daily even morning & evening. Just don't skip. Push through when resistance arises which it will in the beginning. Be in fantasy land & enjoy it. We can start seeing some results 2-4 weeks. Best to continue.

Loved the guided visualisation! Played my bird sounds video on top of it and it really helped me visualise more vividly! I see myself doing what I love; travelling from place to place, recording soundscapes for sleep, study and meditation, playing the hand pan at local markets, selling my CD's, spreading love and appreciation, happiness and relaxation to people everywhere. It actually brings a tear to my eye (of joy) when I visualise being in that moment. I'll visualise it every day until one day, I won't have to...

hey leo !!!! i wannna share my experience,,,,, i do this for 45 mins to 1 hr average on daily basis , earlier back in 2009 i was very obese , i weighed around 120 kgs , i used to visualise myself as being lean but during those years i didnt knew about these stuffs , it all came natural to me , i lost 40 kgs in 2010 n now i am fit and athletic , a few months ago i started reading more n more about subconscious mind and i practiced this technique and believe it or not i got a better a job and got an opportunity to get trained in one of my dream technologies which even rich blokes cannot afford as its very costly, i tried this and got so many results , i cant even describe all of them here but i feel as if i have cracked a code or something ,,,,,,,,its addictive once u start getting results

+chris tina it works but as Leo mentioned u have to practice daily ,keep visualising whenever u get time and one thing more don't doubt ,this is the biggest problem that people face ,be like a child ,trust the power of visualization n the power of ur subconscious mind , best time to practice this is at night before going to sleep n in the morning right after u wake up .

Kreative Dujitnt Uborinj yeah it works for sure but u need to work , circumstances will be created to favor you but you have to work on those oppurtunities like for example suppose today you want to workout in gym or you want to pursue some hobby or you want to appear for some audition or exams but since you are tired and have a work from 9 to 5 , u think that it is very difficult for you to make it happen but if you use law of attraction , circumstances can be created for you like for example your boss may say you to stay back at home since client has postponed the meeting for next week or month or maybe your office remains closed due to some maintenance activity or something or maybe you heard from someone that the hottest girl in your office actually likes u and thinks that you would look stunning if u lose some weight ,, these may sound highly unlikely but it may happen actually ,, things like these have happened to me and kept me inspired and kept me on track ,,, but in the end u have to go n do that stuff ,,,, hope this helps!!!!!

"I know I'm only going to achieve my goals if I do this every single day." - This is only true if you believe it to be... I've visualized a goal one time very intensely for about a minute and it manifested... But if I blocked myself by saying, "this is only going to happen weeks after I do this every single day," then I wouldn't have allowed myself to receive until that point and I wouldn't have manifested as quickly.

I have been using visualization for several years............And there are so many things that I achieved(some of them,I thought, were impossible to get) with visualization, that sometimes it puzzles me! It is hard to believe the effectiveness of visualization to achieve something. But it works!
For me,using all senses(visual, auditory, kinesthetic, etc)works better. I like to visualize in 3D,and as if it is really happening in the 'now'!!

That first part of self-image has to be one of the most important keys to a person's destiny, yet people are too distracted, thinking that visualization itself is all they need, which is false. Visualization could also be detrimental to ones' success if used wrongly. Glad you explain things properly 😊 Hope all is well with you Leo. You've been in my life indirectly for the past 5 years, since my break-up. I had moved into the wrong environment since, and been trying to learn it all. Developing my mind, character, skills, etc... hopefully this will be my last year of inaction. I'll do my best... Hope to meet you someday, maybe we can go on a hike or something, and talk about these things, why not. 🙏

This is so great! Glad I've found your channel. Best kind of advices all over!
I've been familiar with the concept of visualisation for some time, and knew that I've been doing it before (more subconciously), but whenever I tried it recently, I just couldn't grasp it entirely, it wasn't detailed enough, or the mind kept wandering off, but with your guidance (especially due to the relaxation part) I found myself able to get the clearest pictures in my head (willfully) that I ever had! In the end I was even able to "fool around" with stuff related to my goals with great results! Now I can do this daily with confidence. Thank you, a lot!

    my notes:
1 V is an imagination technique.
2 Can be applied for all areas
    3 How:
1 state the Self image, what do you believe about yourself, your world and everythig
2 all begins with an image
    3 sit for 10 mins
    4 close the eyes
    5 imagine the 1 goal
    6 stop the thinking process
7 breath deep for 2 mins
8 focus on the present, no other thoughts
    9 V itself:
1 Look at the goal, picture it in more details, focusing in the emotion on the images
2 Make is so detalise as the real view on the stuff, use all of the sensors, pracise on it more. this step directly influens on the subconcious. more real - better
3 Imagine it now, not in future. Got the feeling now, its emotional exrerience, not logical
3 V doesn't work if not repeats daily. Never skip
4 Dont pay attention to "logical" resistance. Subcouncious will find the way without your logical advices
5 Longer do - more benefit

super good video! only one more piece of knowledge for people to know about this. the mind does NOT know the difference between fantasy and or reality. so when you are fantasizing/visualizing, your subconscious mind does believe whatever you are thinking. so even though you feel like you are lying to yourself about being a millionaire or anything else, that is ok. believing is seeing. or , instead of believe IN IT.... BELIEVE " IT IN".

think the exact opposite of the negative

    • @stum450n
      @stum450n 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

@@ActualizedOrg Actually, I think not. Potentially bad advice there.
Your mind focuses and organises information based on hierarchical need - so, when trying to relax and focus on your needs, the subconscious presents the thing in most immediate need of addressing - in this instance, the big scary/negative image which is often an abstract representation of a thought/concept/memory. Invariably [as you'll no doubt agree] these big scary things are bigger and scarier in the imagination than in reality - so taking time to be mindful of these thoughts, to address them, and recognise their [comparative] insignificance is surely a more productive path? After all, the longer these big scary things are left unaddressed, the bigger and scarier they get.

Thank you, for this visualization. Adding the golf course to it was an excellent idea, and I was able to imagine the beautiful greenery vividly along with your other instructions. Wealth, and weight loss are 2 of my goals, and this was a great help. Again, Thank you very much!

This is good, i heard about visualization, and read some books about it.
But your explanation is really refreshing the idea and your giving good steps on how to do it.
I always take note with your video so i can use it in life.
Im gonna make this my routine, just like meditation.
Your an awesome man. Thank you!

I'm actually a 20 year old pro golfer and going to play lots of tournaments next year.
Since i was young I have always been a decent player and I just turned pro 2 months ago but I found that playing in Professional tournaments is not so easy like junior or amateur tournaments
But this is the perfect video for me it gives me the confidence and I think it will help me to achieve my goals
    Thanks

Leo, about this tecnique... For how long time do visualize each goal? Because I have a lot of goals I want to accomplish. Do I visualize one goal for maybe a month and THEN go to the next goal or can I work on many goals in time ? (Sorry about the spelling errors, english is not my first language)

    • @rolfrau5743

the best is to decide on ONE goal until its reached. after that you can focus on the next goal.

You did a great job took me a couple of minutes to realize I've never even picked up a club lol. Maybe you can throw in a few guided visualization/meditation videos if you haven't already. Great tips! This vid filled in a lot of gaps for me such as consistency and the push back.

visualization is absolutely real i been practicing muay thai for 3 years physcially after those years i havent been physically training but allway watching video tutorials of different martial arts or self defense techniques and visualizing myself doin them everyday of my life whether im in shower, eating, sleeping or taking a walk out my visualization skills is so advance the point where if i was walking down the street and some crazy guy was suppose to beat me up for no reason automatically i would know how to defend myself. I believe We all have a subconscious power mind it up to us to unlock it to our desire

I have trouble sleeping, especially at night. I hadn't seen your video's yet, but what I did do set me into a decent sleep, and decent is WAY better than none. What I did was visualize the perfect place for me to be, I constructed in my mind the road to a house I enjoy looking at, with the features I'd want, and a lake off the back deck. I tried to go so far as to try to "feel" the weather and temperatures, and listen to the waves, but that part didn't work. However, once I "built" this place in my mind, I now can just go there and take a mini vacation :)

    Hi Leo,
Iv had amazing day yesterday, it was the first day of my affirmation routine youv suggested and I was really having a lot of social exposition, family in hospital, friends and their unknown for me friends, gym, more family, strangers on the phone. and I really did awesome job all the way.
    1. I love and accept myself exactly the way I am.
    2. I love to be confident.
    3. Im independent of the opinions of others.
Heres my deep observation about that, on which I would be grateful for your feedback. To be honest Iv made some habit of thinking the 1# affirmation whenever I start to feel anxious and to be honest, I was starting loose grip of my confident attitude pretty often but then I just repeat myself the affirmation. Firstly now I see how often my subcoincious holds me back with some false belives that make me to doubt again, I got this by how often I felt like repeating to myself 1#, today its pretty automatic still I do think about it consciously, but not as often as the whole yesterday. Iv find out that my main issue with self confidence and assurance, is that I constantly looked for approval and acceptance from absolutely everyone, irational thoughts like lost of sympathy from cashiers of another shop which I just glimpsed over and went elsewhere. The thing is I regularly loose faith in my own words and thoughts I have to remind myself that Im the only person I should prioritize to entertain not others. that I dont need their approval, I know that I can be absolutely confident and quite careless, but its ussualy when Im all by myself in crowded places or not. Its different when Im in group of friends or new people and the main purpouse of this is conversation. I belive that communication between people has always been and should be a natural process without forcing or holding back yourself in anyway, way to gain new ideas and expand on old ones, entertain yourself and regain energy and absolutely not the oppositel, or to be mentaly absent.
I want to trust myself in every circumstances and be the only person I need aproval from. To live and have fun only for my own sake and never consider suppoused judgement by other people. I want to just feel this freedom even though I may need to repeat those affirmation regularly not only once a day to help myself get through the hardest beginning.
I will keep 1#,2# and maybe add element of absolute trust to myself like,
    3. I trust myself. and for my approval neediness 4. Im doing it for myself.
I would like to hear your opinion about my observations Leo, hope to hear from you soon.
Ps: Iv also find out and it absolutely blowed my mind how powerfull is idea of acceptance. Accepting yourself and acceptance towards any circumstances in your present basicaly accepting reality, challenging situations. I want to absolutely trust myself and need only my own approval, and for that Im completely determinded to rewrite my subconsciousnes, become object of my deep observations and expose myself to new challenges and mostly.. soccial life and communication because thats where I used to belive Im a shy person.
I will accept whenever you write back or not (see?) but I would be immensely glad to see my situation through your exerience.

I am from a Coastal Area in North Carolina where Basketball is king. Michael Jordan is from the same area. In a basketball clinic I attended Jordan said when he is not practicing for example making foul shots, he is visualizing making foul shots. When he was growing up he would simply lie in his bed and flip his wrist as if he were releasing the shot in perfect form and position, off his fingertips. I am not completely sure but visualizing making a foul shot is almost, maybe even equally as effective as actually going to the gym and physically practicing. I will never forget that clinic with Jordan. Cheers Leo! Powerful Stuff! Thanks for the reminder.

hey leo, whats a typical minimal "every single day" prescription? for an average guy on your channel? not all days are typical, and often times we just got to do the grind for the 97th day in a row and it has nothing to do with self actualization work , other times we are just having a typical day and not noticing.. so what to do and what to skip and what to do as an exception? would you take a day off 9/5 just to sit and meditate or visualize?
