I really needed this after having bowel movement problems after hip replacement.

Was told in college years ago the body not designed to use a loo .h lecture e said put newspaper on the floor that was more natural . I don't do that lol but have a foldable stool thing to but my feet on . I have Parkinson's now 4:34
My mother's best friend had a uterine prolapse on the toilet. She refused surgery and had to use a pessary in her vagina to hold her uterus in place.
My grandfather had a massive heart attack caused by straining on the toilet.
