Interesting seeing your sell history. You had 100 sells for 13,400 profit while I've had 38 for 5,790. If you take out that really lucky universal power ring then we made a relatively similar amount but you did way more trades. To note my highest profit was 698. It looks like you've just extracted everything and sold for min where as I've just kept the cheap traits to shove in my gear. For me my sells have been mainly purple traits around 150 lucent minimum and blues that would give similar ratio of extraction stones to lucent. I have only lithographed a single item and only 1 great success which was my highest profit. I like playing the market in mmos so seeing other people's selling habits is cool to see.
@@ImmolationBloom If the total reflects the last 100 instead of the actual total then we can still work out a ratio of profit per trade. If the total is a true total then..... yikes. I already am thinking he wasted so many resources extracting all those small items but if that total reflects hundreds of trades then he used even more than expected.
Good thing to note, prices will differ not just from server to server, but from region to region. For example, the umbra staff in his server has a low price of 472, while on mine is 270. At this point in time, prices have crashed and it will feel like you are not getting enough lucent, so trait stone to lucent and ink to lucent conversion will greatly vary depending on where you play.
Sometimes it can also be worth it to convert the trait on an item before extracting it. Especially if it currently has the lowest value trait and there's severall other potential traits that the item can have that have a high value.
Thank you for your videos. Very helpful. I got lucky and got adentus gs the other night. Sold it immediately for 16.5k lucent and got about 12.9k minus taxes. Focused on my gear and went up from 2.9k cp to 3,350k. RNG definitely plays a huge roll.

It is worth using 5 trait extraction stones for a blue item that will net you 10 lucent ? I read somewhere that if you use 5 stones for a blue, it should sell at least with 50 to have a good profit 😅
Tbh, it isn't worth it because trait extraxtion stones are pretty much equal to about 10 lucent per stone, which is why ppl are telling you to only sell for 50 or more. However, if you are a f2p player, you will have to take a few losses on the AH if you're desperate for lucent. Personally, i'd sell a blue for at least 30 lucent since I am also a f2p player
