Homem. Would you mind answering some of the support questions in this comments section please? AI aiming too low? Object tracking? The record gesture issue someone is having? The disabling of gesture control? It would help enormously as some of us probably have other social media profiles etc that can help raise the profile of your product. Making things clear and providing support across social networks or other forums will go a long way towards helping users who come later, looking for answers to the same questions as well as building confidence in your brand. @@cirojr82 When you use the FRAME gesture, try setting up your gesture further back in your head. Kind of by the ears. It seems to help. I've not used mine for a while as I have been focusing on photography more than video.
Question: are the AI tracking modules interchangeable between the M6 and the MT2? It seems you can do more with the module connected to the MT2 than the M6, so I'm wondering if they're the same attachment or there's a difference.
Just bought mine and it is doing the same. Using it with ZV-E10 and a 35mm F1.8 Prime Lens. I've tried the framing gesture here and it's helped a bit but, still capturing way more of the body than I'd like and cutting off the top of my head. Did you find any solution to it?
The only solution I had was to use a 16mm or 24mm lens - not the 50mm or 85mm that I wanted to use. I still have to use the framing g gesture every time but don’t find it particularly predictable or reliable. Good luck with it!
@@ChrisFreitag When you frame it, don't make the frame at the front of your face. Try to make it closer back towards your ears. That helped significantly for me.
@@fraudcasters i have this gimbal but came with a lot of issues so i have to return, then i bought the m6 in a local store, it's more simple, the "start" is less complex and didn't absorve a lot of time trying to calibrate the cellphone.
Try doing the gesture really quickly. I've found that holding the gesture for too long causes it to record and stop a second or two later. If I do the gesture quickly it seems to fix this.

I have the same problem with the sensor aiming too low. DId you figure out something?

I’m using Sony a7c, in the video it mentioned gesture control to take picture for a phone and go-pro. Does that mean there are none for DSLR.
Anyone else having the issue where the Ai tracking aims too low? It follows me around shooting my body and my head is not in the shot! Any solutions?

@@Al-lv5on I've got the Sony 11mm F1.8 so I'll give it a little try with that and see how it fares.
It's also aiming too low with my iPhone 15 Pro Max, so it's not a lens problem

I would like an answer to this too. It's one of the primary reasons for buying this gimbal.

The record/stop record gesture isn't working for me
Try doing the gesture really quickly. I've found that holding the gesture for too long causes it to record and stop a second or two later. If I do the gesture quickly it seems to fix this.
