I looked up tukka, and the definition had NOTHING to do with food except for Pukka Tukka being the name of a restaurant.

Pukka is British slang for brilliant/excellent, and tucker (note the spelling) is a slang word for food. They've changed the spelling of tucker to "tukka" for effect, to look like pukka.
