I have this in the oven right now. I didn’t use mushrooms or sausage tho. I used hamburger, onions, pizza sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni and jalapeños. I can’t wait to try it. Thanks for sharing this hun.😊

this popped up in my recommended videos. I love how this is a great alternative to the normal pizza. Pizza is one of my favorite foods and where I am a diabetic and working on a diet I am going to give this a try.
What a great vid. I would consider making your first layer at the bottom of the pan a layer of fresh grated parmesan. The parm will get crispy as the dish cooks and will also hold the sausage together at the bottom. Just a thought. Cheers.
Seriously folks! If you don’t understand keto then read up on it! Bread equal sugar...sugar is the enemy. Also if you are sensitive to gluten! Meats usually have 0 sugar!!! It’s s keto thing, you wouldn’t understand!! Anyways this looks amazing!!
You will never get low fat people to understand keto. When my friend told me about her keto diet 3 to 5 years ago I didn't believe there could be such a thing. I actually remember her telling me she was eating bacon wrapped avocados and my mind just couldn't comprehend it. I started doing research on my own and came upon Dr. Berry and Dr. Berg. What they said made absolute sense.
This is THE BEST pizza casserole recipe I have seen yet! No fake substitute keto crust that won’t even be the same! This is a God send! Love how thick and hearty it looks.
I used your recipe and made this a couple nights ago. It's is so delicious and definitely cures my craving for some pizza. I fixed a big spring mix salad to go with it. Along with a keto diet I'm doing intermittent fasting. In the last week and a half I have lost about 12 lbs.

I love the Rao's Brand but my recent purchase of pesto had sunflower oil rather than olive oil and I looked into it and found that it has been purchased by Campbell's.
So glad you mentioned Rao's sauce.. it is made in NYC at one of the oldest and most famous Italian restaurants (quiet a history) it is the most delicious I have ever purchased

what I found that works great, I just take pre cooked sausage patties still frozen and top with rao's pizza sauce which has 4 grams of carbs per 1/4 cup and top with pizza stuff cook at 400 for 25 mins. I make a bunch and freeze them, so good and easy just grab a few and microwave. disclaimer: I've always been a cold pizza freek

Looks great...btw, from a Chef, your cut on the basil is a chiffonade. You're holding the knife right, use a rocking motion and use your knuckles as a guide keeping finger tips out of the way. Master that and you have the bulk of all you need to know for chopping. Trimming fat, skinning fish, etc. takes a bit more practice and instruction but isn't that difficult.

Check your grocery store ice cream section in the pints. There are keto ice creams out there, and I indulge every two to three weeks. I have about 5 flavors to choose from. Price similar to Ben and that other guy. I really need a keto pecan pie. Has not interfered with my weight loss.

I would just like to say I think your pizza casserole looks the most appealing appetizing and flavorful I’ve watched many keto recipes trying to mimic a pizza and prepare an alternative fake pizza dough that use egg and cheese to hold it together I think is a disgusting way to enjoy a pizza thank you so much for making this video to teach others there is another better way!

I saw this recipe at 6:30 this morning. Sun ☀️ hadn’t arose yet. I stopped by Kroger’s Grocery and picked up some of the ingredients I didn’t have. I prepared this easy delicious recipe, it came out terrific. Thanks for such a great idea. I don’t have to worry about the carbs. I actually used Chirizo Italian Sausage. Delicious. I have always allows myself I crust and then take the topping off the other 1-2 pizza slices I eat. It depends on how hungry I am or my husband. Thanks I am a new subscriber.
Thanks for sharing - I've never heard such rave reviews in a while! Family & friends loved it! The second time I made it - I added a layer of Provolone cheese & sauteed bell pepper.
Just some advice from a 70-yo grandma....Drain the sausage by using a lid on the pan and pour it in a jar in the sink. Throw the jar out when it's full. Leave a little oil and cook the mushrooms, etc., in the sausage oil. Mozzarella slices are stretchier than grated, provolone works well too. Also, lay your pepperoni in rows so you don't have to cut through it. 😊

This looks scrumptious...unfortunately I'm vegan but husband will love it I'm substituting lean ground beef seasoned with my special Italian spice mix and omitting the pepperoni (for kosher reasons) I'm a new subscriber and am very grateful for the no- carb recipes and ideas Thanks!
Use vegan meat crumbles (Gardein is tasty, I break up the Gardein meatballs and use those, or "Gimme Lean") and vegan cheese...lots of veggies instead of pepperoni.

hi dot, if my boys order pizza I just scrap the toppings off and eat them. My boys laughed the first time but, I stayed low carb and still had pizza with them. lol

Just some advice from a 70-yo grandma....Drain the sausage by using a lid on the pan and pour it in a jar in the sink. Throw the jar out when it's full. Leave a little oil and cook the mushrooms, etc., in the sausage oil. Mozzarella slices are stretchier than grated, provolone works well too. Also, lay your pepperoni in rows so you don't have to cut through it. 😊

If you want the sausage to hold together, wait until the sausage cools down and mix it with a half a cup of mozzarella.

What kind of sausage?
Italian sausage. I just retake it out of its casings and brown abs chop.
Be careful with Italian sausage...many brands have sugar in the ingredients.

Use vegan meat crumbles (Gardein is tasty, I break up the Gardein meatballs and use those, or "Gimme Lean") and vegan cheese...lots of veggies instead of pepperoni.
