Why your head needs to stay down on the throw.
A big problem when learning to throw is coming out of the throw and grip locking your throw. It can get very frustrating when this happens because you usually don't know why it keeps happening. When throwing a straight shot you need to keep your head looking down. By doing this your shoulders will rotate up which is the proper rotation of the shoulders to throw straight. Your head comes up after the throw with the fallow threw.
