- My first impression review of the official Cybertruck air compressor ultra + tire sealant kit
Currently out of stock, but here’s Tesla store link: shop.tesla.com...
Compressor instruction manual: digitalassets-...
Another great CyberTruck accessory review!
Tesla recommends not deflating below 36 psi for the A/T tires on the Cybertruck. Over-flexing of the internal belts can cause fatigue fractures. True off-road tires have a different belt construction to accommodate conforming to the terrain, but their on-road performance sucks. I'm glad Tesla included the 12 PSI preset for those who use off-road tires.
Are those pearls you are wearing?
Technically, acrylic 💅
Not sure I could afford mother of pearl 😂
Wonder if it could do all 4 tires at once. using a product like this: TireEQ - 4-Way Tire Pressure Chuck - Closed Flow, Connects to All 4 Tires - Balance, Inflate, or Deflate All 4 Tires at Once - Cars, Trucks, ATVs - Compatible with All Compressors -- Brand: Raymond Innovations
@@Scott-sm9nm I considered that, but wouldn’t it then just be measuring the average PSI of all four tires?
@@TheREDNAVE Once you connnect that 4-Way to all the tires then they would all equalize and be the same pressure. ie. if this was you pressures of your four tires 31, 32, 33, 32 ... then once connected they'd all be exactly 32. I think from a the compressure just measuing one input it is just seem like 1 larger volume tire. I think it would just take exactly 4 times as long to go down to 12 PSI (5m14s *4) and the same 4 times as long to go up to 50 PSI (6m3s * 4).
@ ah that makes sense of course!
But….that means basically zero time saved? 🥴
@@TheREDNAVE yes, convenience and not time saved unless you count the hooking up and unhooking time.
@@Scott-sm9nmI don’t count that, it’s negated since either way you have to attach a tube to the valve. Also forgot to mention, the compressor has an auto start feature to apply the same PSI to whatever tire you attach it to.
Mate you could have deflated the whole tyre before inflating..to look at the heat dissipation and time
@@georgejoseph3663 huh? Explain 😅
