१८ से २० वे सप्ताह तह का समय बढ़ते हुए शिहु के लिहाज से बोहोत ही महत्वपूर्ण रहता है ऐसे डॉक्टर सुप्रिया पुराणिक इस वीडियो में बताती है | इन्ही सप्ताहों में बोहोतसी जानकारी हमें शिशु के बारे में पता चलती है | डॉक्टर बताती है की गर्भावस्था के लक्षण किसीको जल्दी दिखाई देते है तो किसीमे लेट दिखाई देते है साथ ही साथ इन्ही सप्ताहों में शिशु के स्किन को कलर मिलता है जो मेलेनिन इस घातक पर आधारित होता है | शिशु को प्रोटेक्ट करने के लिए एक लेयर / आवरण की भी निर्मिति इन्ही सप्ताहों में होती है - उस आवरण को Vernix caseosa कहते है | कभी कभी अचानक से चक्कर या हल्की आती है - जो गर्भवती महिलाओं के जल्दी उठाने बैठने में होती है उसे - Orthostatic hypotension (postural hypotension) कहा जाता है |

I just started watching this series from this week . Thank you so much mam it was so helpful . And Am currently 19 weeks and i feel some kind of heaviness and stretchy on my belly . I feel even more scratchy than before . My boobs are growing bigger which feels kind of weird . Am experiencing more hair loss from my scalp with dryness
My hair growth has gone slower than before . My legs hands and other body parts hairs are also becoming thin . Am becoming fair day by day but am having dark circles . I don't feel tiered anymore like before . Rest all are good am loving my pregnancy experience . I just can't wait to meet this baby . 😍😍😍
