२० वा सप्ताह वैसे बोहोत महत्वपूर्ण सप्ताह है | २० वे सप्ताह में हमारे बच्चादानी का वजन हमारे फेपड़ों पे आ जाता है उसके कारन हमें सांस लेने में तकलीफ होने की सम्भावना रहती है ऐसा डॉ सुप्रिया पुराणिक इस वीडियो में बताती है | साथ ही साथ इस वीडियो में डॉक्टर बताती है की शिशु अभी निगलना शुरू कर देता है और वो अभी एमनीओटिक फ्लूइड निगलता रहता है | डायफ्राम की वजहसे भी हिचकिया आ सक्ति है ऐसा डॉक्टर इस वीडियो में बताती है | इन दिनों में आपकी हीमोग्लोबिन की मात्रा बोहोत अच्छी रेहनी चाहिए नही तो हमें तकलीफ होने की सम्भावना रहती है ऐसा डॉक्टर इस वीडियो में बताती है | इस सप्ताह से पैरों में सूजन आना बोहोत ही आम बात है , तो आपको बिलकुल भी घबराना नहीं है | पैरों का अच्छे से मसाज करना है और वो भी पैरों की तरफसे अपने हार्ट की तरफ ऐसा डॉक्टर सुप्रिया पुराणिक बताती है |

I'm in 19 weeks of Pregnancy. Last 3 to 4 days, I have suffering Right side back pain. If I am walking or Sleeping then there is no Paine if I sitting at places then it's too much paining. It's only right sides Pain so kindly suggest me what I can do for this.
If it's mild pain then it's normal but if you are having severe pain then kindly consult your gynecologist

Iam 20 week pregnant and my anamoly scan is still undone due to Covid-19 lockdown as well as it's fear. Is it necessary to do it.
Also my Dr suggested to do quadruple test though I have done with dual marker test and NT scan. There is low risk .. Reports were normal. Still is it necessary to do quadruple test or is it ok if I will do anamoly scan.

Yes, the quad marker screen is a safe and useful screening test for families concerned about birth defects or genetic diseases. It is a test that carries no risk to the baby, since a blood sample is taken only from the mother. And it can be done up to 22 weeks.
