- Mr. Jeff & and Paul will be doing some work on a brand new campus today. This morning s one of those times when we are short handed on the custodian staff. We will be showing you footage of this beautiful 50 thousand square foot building. ONE PERSON TO CLEAN ALL THAT!? they deserve a raise if so!
All these perty new constructed buildings, loaded with white and gray materials and glass everywhere. Very esthetically pleasing but not much forethought of daily maintenance. Whatever the case is, we'll find a way.

Also with all that hard floor, finished concrete, no maintenance floors, I hope and pray they give you folks the proper tools to clean it. That whole place isn't getting mopped, hopefully a good walk behind scrubber or two

Jeff got a question for you ? What extra duty’s would you give/suggest night custodians to do after regular assigned work is completed ? I don’t have custodians that are self motivated so I need to give a list of extra duties to when done

Windows. Deep clean bathrooms.
Not so sure two people can do an adequate job and keep up making that facility shine.
