When you first are hired you really most of the time know nothing. This is basically how I clean a school class room.

Just started at our local elementary school. We have to sweep. Clean the restrooms, spot mop the room, change the trash, and if needed, refill the toilet paper, paper towels, or hand soap.

Hey Jeff I have cloth mops how do you keep your mops clean is there a specific way

I usually let mine sit in a bucket of disinfectant over night and rinse it out several times.

After stripping and rewaxing the floors. Do you use anything else aside from water when come time to mop floors the weeks after?

a good neutral cleaner. Damp mop is a good one.

Neutral cleaner for me is a must, never anything else. When i come back from days off, i often notice someone used bleach water to mop the floors. Not sure why this happens or who taught them this.

I work at a school every night i wet mop my floor fresh water every room.

How many classrooms do you have to clean in one shift ? Because fresh water every classroom seems very time consuming.
