Hello from Tampa, checked out most of your videos over the last couple weeks. Great Job on the channel.👍I had a Similar problem on my '99 Eddie Bauer Explorer over the years. Replaced the drivers door actuator twice using a doorman actuator (including everything inside the door the second time: window motor, track and outside door handle) but actuator still came loose the next day and haven't messed with it since; that was about 2020. Needless to day I'll be looking to get a Grand Marquis in the next few months, my parents actually had 2 in the past (a '92 and a '96). Great vehicles that will last.

Thanks for the video, my 05 Marq has had this issue since i bought it just haven't gotten a good chance to fix it. Im used to thr push un style panel retainers and might have broken my panel to get it pulled off.

Great video... But you didn't show the total hassle of getting the lock button back thru the hole in the door panel :) A real pain to line that up... a trick is to wrap a thin wire aroung the lock button and run it thru the panel lock hole to pull a lock button thru :)

my ‘08 locks will only work sometimes and im stumped to as why. like no power nothin and whats odd about it my defrost wont work either when my locks wont?? im not sure if i have an ECU prob, a short, or what. checked all fuses and im good there so idk. any help from anyone lmk, thanks!
