Excellent tutorial and camera work. One exception at 13:30. Rather than drill out the 1/4" actuator rivet I found it easier to pry the actuator out of the original bracket to R&R. Also replaced three Philips #3 latch screws with flat head socket cap screws I found at Ace Hardware.
Ok guys don't use the impact screw driver too hard, I bent the door where the bolts to the door lock actuator screw in. My door wouldn't close and I had to use a slide puller to bend it back. Just use a reverse thread drill to get them out

When you hit the driver to set free and tight the screws from the outside didnt you realize you did bend the actual door?
