From 1 glucose you can get 36-38 ATP in total.
    - 34 is from the Oxidative Phosporilation (10 NADH gives you 30 and 2 FADH2 gives you 4)
    - 2 is from Krebs cycle (Substrate Phosphorilation)
    - and 2 is from the Glicolysis (Substrate Phosporilation) if you count them, since they are anaerobic and the others are aerobic.

For over a year now I've been following your videos as needed. You've been more helpful than my books, professors, and tutors for understanding college level biology, anatomy, and physiology related coursework.
Thanks to your videos I've managed to maintain my straight A's.
So, I just want to say thank you.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. You're a wonderful teacher and I love the way you present information.

It produces only 6 H2O because for the production of each molecules of water you need 2 e- . So from 10 NADH and 2 FADH2, complexes 1 and 2 produce 12 e- in total and this 12 e- produce 6 H2O molecules . I think its correct, or not?

actually from 10 NADH and 2 FADH you get 24 e- and 24 H+ witch then gives 12 H2O , but 6 of the H2O then return to the citric acid cycle. But this is only what I got out of my calculations so please correct me if i am wrong.

I have a question: at 1:55 min on the video you wrote 3 O2 + 12 H* ->6 H2O, ok I get it, but my doubt is about the equation of cellular respiration: on the first term you have "+ 6 O2 ->" how do you get more 3 oxygens, that's because we are in an aerobic situation, or the 6 oxygens reacts in their totally? Thanks for this huge help and support what your videos are! Great work Armando.

One person dislikes the science of Human Metabolism in regards to cellular respiration apparently....

....what about the Hydrogen ions that go into water? You couldn't produce more than 6 water molecules than that because there aren't enough coming into the cycle??
