I had a nice washed colombian coffee from them about 9 months ago. Fun review to see.

I loved this coffee! I can't remember my specific thoughts on it, but I think that all of my brews were more in line with your first experience, and it seems like I had a more consistent experience with the coffee than you did. I can't think of a brew that I felt underwhelmed by. Although, I only got 5 brews out of it bc I was doing 20g doses using Coffea Circulor's v60 recipe.

Thanks for the feedback Hayden, that's good to know. This is why chasing something better in a cup can lead to slight inconsistency. The downside to tinkering all of our coffees 😅

It was a matter of time! Haven’t tried them yet honestly but maybe I will someday.

They're becoming easier to find around multi-roasters these days, so if might be sooner than later

When you say “day 19” “day 22” etc. are you referring to the number of days off roast? Apologies if you have answered this question already.

No worries, you are absolutely correct. It's days post roast

The shipping is higher than usual within the Netherlands too. They charge the same shipping within the Netherlands as Banibeans to the Netherlands.

That's good to know, actually. They seem to be growing in popularity as a lot more multi-roasters and subscription companies are bringing them in, it'd just be easier being able to pick and choose directly from them a bit more often 😅
