Way ahead of you brother! That's why i ended up getting the KM version of the B36 just for the metal parts, the 370 motor, and the two-speed gearbox, wheel weights, etc. My only "gripe" is that the stock gearbox gears are still plastic, so something worth upgrading as you go. It should be possible to do a full metal conversion on the B36-3, but that would be pretty expensive. Someone wanting a metal conversion might be better off getting the B36KM and a B36-3 and kitbashing the two vehicles. Just my thoughts...
Thanks for the review. I'm thinking of buying one. I have thought of putting in an Axail Carpa UTB transmission in. It worked great on my C24. It's low geared.
Bought this rc after watching your origional vid plus the 2 speed gearbox. Watched a lot about how to fit the new one. On every one no one said you have to flip the front axle and reverse the motor wires. My first wpl so it might just be me being stupid ? Thanks for the great vids.😀
Needs a 370 motor to get it even, no way a 260 gonna pull itself and the trailer, if you can something even higher that's good but that requires replacing stock electronics.
So would adding weight to the tractor or changing to a little more aggressive tire have helped? And if so, which tire would you think would fit and look good
That stuff you were crawling on is the worst stuff and it was wet I thought it did fairly well with the trailer but it could use more power for towing especially if you haul a full metal rc tank
I’ve added the 270 1speed t to my truck and the last several times I’ve taking it out the truck drives for a couple of min then shuts off how do I fix this

Ah yeah I kinda forget that the axle had to be flipped
Thanks for the replay.

Have you upgraded the seesaw(rear suspension) I am considering getting one that is metal but not sure if its worth it. Any thoughts?
Does anyone know if the dual 370 motor mount works for the B36-3??
What was that popping at 6:04? 😳
