It works in a gas oven! Just make sure to set it to the lowest temperature and keep it cracked open :) You can also turn the tray after a few minutes to make sure it's even heating ☺
Hi! I've tried both fan & regular oven settings. I prefer no fan for this because my oven temperature can't go lower than 150°F and the fan is about 25° hotter. I find it harder to control drying times with higher heat. But, you definitely can use the fan, just keep in mind its hotter. I suggest keeping the oven door cracked open and watch the time because they'll dry faster!
