@@vinayakthote8411 it depends it took me a year because I struggled to find a program that works for me. But even when I found the right program it took me 4 to 6 months. But people are different so maybe it would take you a shorter time.
@@unnaipoloruvan98 I already had strong shoulders, i mostly just trained handstands and negative handstand pushup holds, eventually i did one and just practiced everyday. it was mostly technique training for me
In one year i bet you could do it if you focused on this. Try it this year? The power builds up really quickly. I went from 5 knees on floor pushups to be able to do those elevated pike pushups for 5 sets of 5 in 3 months without even focusing on pushups, just general home workout shit.

Well, I´m at step 1 and I was kinda proud of myself for being able to do some clean repetitions of it. Now I see it´s time to move on to the other steps. Thanks for giving me the slap that I´ve needed ;)
One important thing I learn from handstand push ups tutorial, is that your body need to be still as much as you can, the only movement you had to do is lean forward and bent your arm, keep your other muscles tight or you will lose balance
Handstand pushups are easy, I used to be able to do 12 when I was in high school. Now I'm old and can only do 3 on a good day 😅 but planches were always hard, try those if you want a true challenge
