Hello Andry,I'm obsessed to the calisthenics, und Planch,i can hold Frogstand 2 minutes, but I've do forced mein core for tuck Planch, Plz plz plz help bro how can do this
Bro plz make follow along playlist for common calisthenics skills like planche, handstand, handstand pushup. Your teaching is unique and understandable
When I saw the transition to Planche then to regular handstand push up I literally out loud said "Holy shit" in public lol in a waiting room watching this. Very very impressive, have always wanted to be strong enough to do this. Nows the time. Ty for upload!
Well, I´m at step 1 and I was kinda proud of myself for being able to do some clean repetitions of it. Now I see it´s time to move on to the other steps. Thanks for giving me the slap that I´ve needed ;)
Goat ❤ Philippians 4:13 (NIV): “I can do all this through him who gives me strength.” This verse reminds believers that strength comes from relying on God, empowering them to face any situation.
I’ve been wanting to learn how to do this for the longest, I’ve just started working out again after years of not doing so. I’ve been able to get down 50 push ups in a row with changing how I do those push ups every 10reps… I’m thinking about just trying to skip straight to putting my feet on the wall since I feel comfortable with my balance but maybe I should try the earlier steps before letting my pride or ego make any judgements😂
Handstand pushups are easy, I used to be able to do 12 when I was in high school. Now I'm old and can only do 3 on a good day 😅 but planches were always hard, try those if you want a true challenge
i recommended you guys just pike push up because pike push up help you control your body weight and can you can lift your body after a months you can now handstand
Just so yall know, the "step 1" itself is already an intermediate exercise (to do a good amount of reps with good form an untrained individual would take at least six months). Check "nick-e pike push up" if you want easier versions of that shit.
In one year i bet you could do it if you focused on this. Try it this year? The power builds up really quickly. I went from 5 knees on floor pushups to be able to do those elevated pike pushups for 5 sets of 5 in 3 months without even focusing on pushups, just general home workout shit.
