Uhm no. Fallon tried to use Simon by having him employ the pool guy which she was supposed to be just “friends” with. Nevertheless I’d love to hear what Simon and Porsha have to say about this citizenship application issue. Because I’m having a hard time believing this half century old man didn’t think homeland security performs thorough background checks and keep records of all persons applying for residency and/or naturalization.

Simon’s issue is not him being married. Simon’s issue is that he used a fake name to get his green card and did not disclose his prior arrests on his immigration application. And now he’s trying to apply for citizenship and immigration is basically saying hold up now…your not even supposed to have a green card, you damn sure shouldn’t be applying for citizenship.

My ex-husband from Africa played the game of the loving husband and he stayed with me for 4 years long enough for that Citizenship and dipped when he got it now he is married to a woman from his own country and they have 3 kids living here in the US please leave those people where they at because it will end in a bad result that is all they want and will fake it to make it and are desperate as hell.

Sorry you experienced that but you’re encouraging xenophobia. I have multiple friends and associates married to or have dated men from Africa who are in very loving and secure relationships. My exhusband is from Burkina Faso and our relationship was definitely challenging. I played a part in our lows. I could never just blame him or all African men.

He gave her 3 babies quickly and disappeared for months with no contact. Come to find out, this fool had women and houses all over Atlanta in different names. He was bouncing around. I played with one for a minute, but I researched. I found out his real name and this fool had been arrested many times for the same charges as SG. Almost exact. I hurried up and got rid of him. It would not surprise me if what is perceived to be an ex wife (hint hint) is benefiting financially from scams.

Simon, doesn't have the ability to apply(again) for naturalization by way of marriage to Porsha. Please read the court order (1/11/24) and the law. His Residency status is technically revoked.

She has access to men who are in that range that she could seek partnership with, but I think Porsha prioritizes living a certain lifestyle and a man who isn’t a millionaire won’t be able to give her that.
