Hello, I'm moving to Phoenix in a couple of months and am looking for a walkable, hip trendy neighborhood with a diverse population, but also not too crazy with traffic noise or college student partiers. I really like the arts district, around the Roosevelt Row area. However, a few people I've met in RoRo have told me because the area has become too "saturated" for them, they have moved to Arcadia Lite. So, I did further research and have indeed discovered that Arcadia Lite is now a "hot" neighbor for younger and older people migrating out of downtown because it has a good, kind of urban vibe but is less crowded than downtown, and is actually affordable, for apartments at least. Do you agree with this? You didn't mention it, saying that Arcadia Lite is really just the same as Arcadia, but maybe this is because the change in the neighborhood has started since you made this video. Can you please tell me your knowledge and opinion on Arcadia Lite now. Thank you! PS. I love your videos! They have been a big help in my search for the best Phx neighborhood for me.
Great question! 😄 Yes Arcadia Lite and Arcadia are areas that some people are looking to move to when they want beautiful homes, great neighborhoods, and easy access to amenities without the craziness of downtown or Old Town Scottsdale. Apartments in the Arcadia and Arcadia Lite are fairly similar price wise to some areas of Phoenix and Scottsdale but as Arcadia becomes more popular and in demand the prices for homes and rentals keep going up. 🏠 If you are looking for rentals in that area, focus on the 85018 zip code. Definitely check out rentals in the area and call, text or email us anytime if we can help with your home search! 😊
