For a daily driver or drag car (and even show car in my opinion) 3v obviously wins in the performance category. Interior wise the 3v is more modern and comfortable. Looks wise is subjective I personally prefer the retro and modern look of the s197, the 2v looks too much like a sports car and not a muscle car but still looks pretty damn good as well with the right cosmetic mods. HOWEVER if you have a tight budget 2v is better and if you’re looking for a drift car I’d go with the 2v. Lighter less bulky and engines are cheaper to find and replace than 3v’s
Ah what I would do if I have some disposable income to my ‘98… speaking of interior, Recaro LS classic seats, vinyl and alcantara wrap all the plastic interior pieces. And do different colored stitching to have defined separation of the materials. I’d also do a Holley 12.3 digital dash, and vinyl wrap the dash. Remove the center console assembly. Do a remote mid shifter setup and custom fabricate a new center console to look factory fit. Oh, and do brushed aluminum accents like the door handles, a piece that runs down the seem of the dash, and some thin pieces like shifter boot. There’s nothing “wrong” with the styling of the SN95 chassis. Just the fit and finishes. That’s just my take on interior.
@@shaunybonny688people highly exaggerate the interior situation on those cars. They're judging an interior from the 90s against modern interiors. It's basic but that isn't always a bad thing. I don't think it's that bad honestly.
