Thanks for posting all these videos. I just bought a 2011 grand marquis and I am anxious to do some work on it. The only issues the car has is probably bad bushings cause the thing really leans in corners, and then minor stuff (old fluids, tires)
At 5:28. My clamp is just sitting loosely on the adjustment sleeve after mechanic replaced outer tie rod end, they did not put the bolt and nut back in. Can I just use any makeshift bolt and nut that fits through I don't want to have to bring it back to the shop ? I've been driving without it for 2 weeks
I can Grab tie rods and move them freely. Inner and outer by hand up and down. No clunking when I shake it left to right. Is this normal or do I need new ones?

If it's a smaller Blazer, you may want to check the vacuum lines in the engine compartment to see if any of them are cracked or not connected. I have a 1998 chevy blazer it will not stay in 4 wheel drive hi it does however stay in 4 wheel drive low if I put it in neutral it will go into 4 wheel drive high but only for about maybe 3 seconds and then it go to 2 wheel drive please help

Anyone have a link to the right size tie rod tool to use? Having trouble coming up with the right size.
The steering rack keeps moving when trying to unbolt the passenger side tie rod. I didn't have this problem on the drivers side.
Does it has squeaking sound? Because thats what i hear on my ball joints
