I'm 12 weeks pregnant and I have chronic high blood pressure...the pregnancy has triggered it so bad...so much so that last week it was 182/90... Started yo workouts immediately after that doctor's visit... I'm glad to say this week it has dropped to 132/60...I thank u... Lol even my 3 year old jumps in...
I’m 9 weeks and this was the first time I’ve felt like doing a cardio workout so far. This was absolutely perfect! It felt great and I WANT to do it again tomorrow. Thank you for these videos.
35 weeks pregnant, at first I have so much pain in my back and sciatica, I can't even lift my legs during prenatal yoga for sciatic and back pain. It's been 2 weeks since I try this workout and it's easier for me, the duration and the moves is perfect. Now I can walk and lift my legs without pain, bonus my sciatica and back pain is gone. Thank you so much, hope I have an easy delivery as well ❤️
At 21 weeks, it's my first day to work out and it feels fulfilling. 🥰 I've been looking for a pregnancy workout. But I would skip other videos because others bore me with the music, others feel like dangerous to do so. But with your video, it feels safe through your words of encouragement, and it feels wholesome after my perspiration. 💞

Hi Jessica, I am currently 24 weeks pregnant. I’m overweight and normally very inactive. Which exercises would you recommend me to do daily? I’ve done this and the yoga one for 15mins. Was not too tiring, is it enough to continue that for the next few months?

I'm glad you're doing better, keep working out it helps dropping high blood pressure and eating less salty foods.
