    Very good review. You rightly started with clarifing what many other TH-camrs can't seem to graps : 3 camera levels (eco, pro, pro+IBIS)

    New to real photography since December 2021. Got the A6000 used for around 200$ and a 18-105mm lens. Later I bought sonys 200-600 lens and pictures is nice but missing features like better video quality and mic input and now im in need for better AF. Looking into A7 models but I think im still want to have aps-c sensor.. So this video helped me to understand what camera I should aim for.. Thank you! (a6500 or a6600 it will be)

    I wish for a future A7000/A9000 with improved IBIS, improved buttons, improved 40 megapixels sensor and EVF with at least 5.8 mega dots and good optical magnification.

      It's coming... I'm decently sure the a6800 will have this. The a6700 already has great ibis, and a smooth viewfinder, but higher res viewfinder and higher res sensor are assuredly in the pipeline. I think it'll come with the release of the first APS-C GM glass.

      @@LindonSlaght I do not think Sony will make GM APSC Lenses ! But a new high end Sony APSC Camera with 40 megapixels sensor should be of higher quality, hence the 7000/9000 name.

      @@cameraprepper7938 true, but there were NEX cameras with 24mp sensors, and the a6700 is a huge step up in every other way. As for the lenses... a man can dream

    Hey there, I'm in the lookout for my first mirrorless camera. Right now, I'm really leaning towards the a6500 and ZV-E10 (used/refurbished for 400-650€). While I'd prefer to stick with Sony for E-mount, it's not a deal-breaker if I can't. My focus is about 60% on video and 40% on photography. Good software and mobile support are important to me and I'd love it if the camera can shoot videos in 4K or higher (ibis would be awesome as well). My budget is around 400-600€, whether it's new, refurbished, or used. I'm also fine with waiting for new releases as my camera purchase is planned around summer. Any advice or recommendations would be awesome and i hope someone can help me out!

      Hi! I'd say the a6500 is a great camera and you won't be disappointed. The ZV-E10 doesn't have a viewfinder so if you are a 40% photographer, I'd choose the a6500 just because of it.
      If you don't mind changing the system, some bodies from Fujifilm might work well for you: Fujifilm X-H1 or Fujifilm X-T30 could fit your budget and have good photo and video specs. The X-T30 is really small so will work as a travel camera as well.
      Although don't forget you will need lenses, batteries etc. so if you already have a bunch of Sony E lenses, go with a Sony camera. You won't be disappointed.
      And remember: all of the above you can get used for less on MPB.com 😉
      Thanks for watching!

      @@mpbcom Alright! Thanks a ton Jakub. In my understanding, if i don't care about the viewfinder the ZV-E10 would be the best from Sony? I will definitely look at the Fujifilm options, however i believe there are no good budget lenses for Fuji Mount currently. Do you have recommendations from Nikon and Canon as well?

    • @mpbcom
      @mpbcom  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Not really, the ZV-E10 is basically a more vlogging-oriented a6100. It doesn't have a viewfinder and IBIS which is present in the a6500. The a6500 would be the the best option from Sony.
      As for the lenses for the X-mount, you can always start with one universal zoom from the cheaper XC line or look at some manual primes from Samyang or 7Artisans: www.mpb.com/category/used-photo-and-video-lenses/mirrorless-lenses/fujifilm-x-fit-lenses?sort[productPrice]=ASC
      I don't have any Canon or Nikon recommendations handy but I imagine an APS-C body like Nikon Z50 will do the job as well.

      @@mpbcom Okay, than i'd rather stick with Fuji, i heard their colors are awesome. But the X-T30 is way out of my budget unfortunately. Do you recommend getting the X-T2/X-T20? Thanks in advance!

    • @mpbcom
      @mpbcom  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      They are both great cameras. I'd go with the X-T20 for portability, it's also a newer body so may have some features that the X-T2 doesn't have. - Jakub

    What do you think about the sony a6500?

    • @pasqualecoach
      @pasqualecoach 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      And what about canon m50 or m6 mark 2? Do you think these cameras are better than Iphone 13 ? Thank you

      @@pasqualecoach A newer digital camera is always going to have much different user experience than a phone. One of the biggest factors aside from specs is the ability to change between focals lengths without compromising the quality of your images. Some feel a phone is enough to achieve the image their looking for but a digital camera is always going to offer more, at least for now.
