I used this stuff on a big 3 corner tear in lower instep area of a pair of newer muck boots. To my amazement they still are waterproof after 3 months of almost daily use. I can see the top layer of powder and glue has some cracking because of flexing. If I had to do it again I would have just used the glue and no powder. It really did work for me.
I'm curious to see how well this works. I repaired a crack in my radiator with super glue and baking soda two weeks ago and it's still holding.
My cover is still holding strong. Hows your repair holding out?
