It's basically the La Bella Donna dolman, just with a neckband. :) ~J

Hello I’m working with the Seamwork lex top and it fit full size so I’m cutting a 10 but the bicep is a 15 1/2 and I’m a 17. 1/2 will tracing the larger armsye work?

There are lots of factors to consider here - especially depending on your specific fitting situation as well as the pattern. I think your best bet (if you're asking about a LN pattern) would be to ask in our private fb group. Post your question, a picture and you will get tons of advice and feedback.
How can a make a bicep adjustment to a dolman sleeve? They are tight on me.
Hi Verna. The easiest way to increase the circumference of a dolman sleeve is to grade to a bigger size. You can grade from around that underarm curve area to a larger size instead. Hope that helps! ~K
