    She's calling for more to be done to tackle the damaging covert racism in Britain.

    People know they have racism and are so bias people don't care about how they feel ,Jamelia is born in Birmingham and the west midlands where there is loads of racism and segregation, Black's are hated in the UK just people don't want express how they really feel .

    Go girl, 14 year girl jogging and not stunned at a car door being locked. The top down need to be restructured and people need to be mentored to stay and survive and rise in a lot of sectors

    Good points on the corrosiveness of the covert racism that all of us have experienced in both UK and US corporations. needs to be called out. Every time.

      @@Ada-kj6ym Jamelia is jumping on the bandwagon of what's happening in America. There aren't any massively racist systems in Britain. Are there racist people? Yes, but that doesn't mean systemic racism. Systemic racism is where the laws are actually racist against black people in the UK and I don't think that's ever really been the case.
