      Yes dear , Halim is one of the best food to increase breast milk supply . Prepare Halim kheer or porridge with sugar , milk , ghee and nuts

      Yes you can use only 1 tsp of pure organic honey

      Yes rohini you can take kokum sherbet . See that it doesn't give you acidic feeling

      Hello kalpita, you can set curd at morning 6-7 am and use that curd around 1 pm . Put a glass of water in 3-4 tsp curd . Churn it well with churner. Put a pinch of saindhav salt , pinch of hing and fresh corriander leaves

    Hello Trupti ji ..Can we eat dal after 30 days of c section delivery? Does eating dal can cause side effects for c section delivery women due to stitches? Just give me clear suggestion on this

      Yes you can eat dal kusuma . Start with moong and masoor dal first and gradually add others . No it dosent cause any side effects on stitches

    Buttermilk is totally different from curd. Let us not confuse between the two

      Hello Sonia , buttermilk is advised here . 1:4 should be the ratio of curd to water for buttermilk
