I had a gastric bypass 8 years ago. And have managed to gain nearly 2 stone, it’s so hard x

Hey. I'm the one who wanted the link for the dumbbells. Which we have been doing every 2 days seated workout. As I have degenerative discs . I also do the resistance bands seated on the other days and seated cardio. Straight after the dumbell workouts I'm alsoncalorie counting. And ita working so far. Stone and a half since Xmas lost. About 6 to go!! Your staying on track it does it now and then just stops the picks up again Don't get disheartened
good luck!! its so hard honestly. everytime i try to eat healthy i make myself a picky tea at 3am lol ive seriously given up, i think ill wait 2030 to get that summer body lol
Oh Faye….I know how frustrating it is. You do everything right and feel punished by the scales. Not fair! * stamps foot and bottom lip trembles * Please know that weight loss is not linear, it’s a long road, but it is worth it. Plateaus are normal, you will eventually bust out of it. Please please don’t give up! You have done so well. You’re a young lady, but after 50 our weight and health are so important, it’s harder to lose weight at that age. It’s not about looks or looking good in clothes, you are already beautiful, so I encourage you to keep going. Don’t think of it as a diet, it’s just healthy sensible food choices, and consistency. It’s not easy, some days are shite, but that’s ok, it’s what you do and eat most of the time that will get you the results you want. Sorry for writing a book! VP XXXX 😘
@@24Roxyx I was told that as well by every chiropractor I ever went to. They said running on pavements is the worst thing you can do for your body and it can certainly catch up with you when you get older. Maybe if you can find some nice country paths, or a beach even, it is better for you to run there.
@@jemmacook4385 I run on the highest setting on my treadmill in my bed socks for 10 minutes a day before showering in the evening and have never had problems. I do do yoga, stretching and situps every morning. Honestly it gives me a boost. No issues.
Hi Faye would it help spur you on if Steve jumped on board too , with the food and exercise, it always helps to have a " partner " i remember when i use to go to slimmimg world and the lady who did the weigh in said to me one time after maintaining for 2 weeks are you plsd with your progress and i said i was because i had maintained and not gained and she said yes but a loss is better 😢 it is true but at that time i didn't wanna hear that lol and a week later i packed it in haha and did it myself 😂😂😂❤

Faye when your calorie counting it's more about the carbs how many are in there and also you look slimmer cause the weights are burning fats you can see that your build has gone smaller around your boobies lol and your waste and legs when you start a diet you lose water first I'm no expert but I watch Jared and Brittany what they eat your looking amazing this time Christmas you wouldn't be able to fit into the top your wearing your doing amazing girl keep it up love your videos so much you cheer me up so much Lots of love Melaniexxx God bless xxx

Really? Are you a personal trainer? Maybe start with a slow walk on a treadmill and then build up your stamina.

Unfortunately I have damaged my knees through running. The right trainers are crucial and training is important as well as stretching before and after
