They all look so nice 👌 I was thinking that maybe if you’re trying to do one with chocolate, roll out your pastry first then spread on your chocolate/nutella and then roll it and cut it up to fill as you see fit. Then you’ll have an equal distribution of chocolate, the same could be done for the likes of chopped fruit, nuts etc. hopefully this is helpful. 😊
You need a doughnut filling piping tip. Looks like a piping tip thats extra long. Its sharp and long. Desgined to push into a doughnut to fill with jam 😊

How many rolls of croissant pastry did you end up using? 😅 For the filling, you could put the croissant on scales, zero it and then weigh how much goes in. Its often done to make sure they're consistent 😊 Also, they looks super cute ❤
